They don't honor their sales signs. I loaded up my cart with what should have been $30ish of dirt, only for them to not honor the sale and try to charge me $65. No thanks, I'll go buy all my stuff from a business that doesn't lie to get people in the door.

UPDATE-- Total waste of time holding on this customer "service" line. I hung up.
May 16 2024 4:35pm -- Went to Lowe's to buy plants and couldn't find a cart. I asked two female employees hanging around talking to each other in garden center for a cart. The black woman literally told me to go out in the parking lot and find one. I asked if it was my job to gather carts for Lowe's. She replied, "What do you expect ME to do about it?" I said maybe I just need to leave and go elsewhere. Then she proceeded to loudly talk nasty about me as I left the store. If Lowe's can't provide a cart to a customer to fill with merchandise, then maybe I should go down the street to Sullivan's. I am sure they won't mind getting me a cart and will probably load my car for me too. Lowe's needs to get the bad attitude of their employees in check.

Bought beautiful flowers as I do every year,Also got great service in the garden center I apologize I don't remember the associates name but he knew his product and turned me to a extremely low price on fertilized soil.Ill get his name in a couple days I gave up on and help from Lowes associates but he was great the rest need to follow his lead!!

The garden center is beautiful! I had a bunch of questions and Lucas (fulfillment I think?) was SO helpful. I would have been in there all day if it wasn't for him. Overall a great experience

Had major flooding in my basement today along with most people and every worker I encountered at Lowe’s was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I went back twice and was helped each time with the specific problems that I had. Not sure what I would’ve done without them, huge life savers!! I appreciate everyone so much, thank you Lowes Employees!!
