Ordered something for delivery twice and they both got cancelled with no explanation.and I still haven’t gotten full refund after 10+ days. Had to call customer service to find out what happened.The first one, the driver couldn’t pick it up because the item was too heavy. Second time, the driver “couldn’t locate” my house and store cancelled without even calling me first.I want my money back, but the customer service at this store has such a long wait on the phone. It’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone there.Lowe’s general customer service cannot help either, as it’s this local store who is responsible for issuing a refund. It’s been the worst experience.

Felt as if I was being watched while trying to shop, staff was very rude and ignored the customers as if we don’t matter. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

I went in to purchase 4 new large kitchen appliances. The delivery never showed up on said day and did show up another day without prior knowledge of a new delivery date. I was satisfied with the delivery but needed to speak to someone about never receiving a full itemized invoice or receipt.I wasn't angry when I called or during the call, BUT, I spoke to the "supervisor" in the appliance department about it and instead of just telling me she could provide me with a copy she argued that I had already received it. I spent my whole life in sales and customer service and I have never been spoken to the way young Megan spoke to me. I will never return even though I am remodeling my whole condo.

I had a new Electric dryer delivered on Saturday October 14th and had the best experience I have ever had with the delivery drivers and the all around delivery process !"Berti" one of the guys that delivered and hooked up my new dryer was AWESOME !! He was so personable and so friendly and everything went so smooth !Thank u " Berti", thank u !I can only hope that Lowe's acknowledges this review and let's "Berti" know about how pleased I am !! ?

They usually have what I want at reasonable prices. I'm kind of disappointed I bought into the Kobalt brand and that selection of tools gets smaller every time I go into the store. I guess since they are paid to push craftsmen now that's what they do.

Every single staff we asked questions too was very helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and the temperature was just right.
