Upon walking in the store on 7/14/24 at Keystone the employees were…chillin. It was about 4-5 people there. No one greeted us except Haylee. She continued to help us through our visit. Very helpful. All I’ll say is if you’re not going to have the actual largest sac on display at least make a replica of it so buyers can have an idea of how big it is. Same with the chair for the flat sac. Come up with a better greeting for your employees when potential buyers enter the store. We felt very unwelcome as we left the store as I said “you all have a good day” no one replied. Lol! I get that most young adults these days have no home training and lack the common courtesy some of us were raised with in the past (others raised as if some courtesy isn’t afforded to certain people) yet at this day and age when working with the public every one needs to be treated with respect and courtesy. If that’s not how Lovesac does business I’ll finance furniture elsewhere.

The sales pitch about durable fabric that can be washed and pet and family friendly is misplaced. The fabric doesn't clean well and it's a HUGE pain to take the covers off and on to wash. I needed my adult son to assist every time I washed. Pet hair does NOT come off and, despite what the sales folks say about the 3 year cover warranty, it does NOT apply to stains, wear and tear or most other things you'll encounter. It's like buying an iphone - you should anticipate buying new covers every couple of years at a cost that's about the same as a new couch. Not worth it.

Went into this location 3/6/24 around 1 to purchase a bag for our new house. Walked in and one of the sales reps wouldn't stop hovering. We were glad to have a rundown of products, but when it came time for my fiance and I to talk about options with eachother, the rep stared down at us and didn't give us space. It was an awkward situation because we wanted to discuss what size to purchase along with possibly a couch build. We decided to leave and ordered online. I could tell the rep was annoyed, maybe because people come in and don't buy, but that shouldn't matter either on how possible buyers, even in the future, should be treated. I'm sure other reps are lovely at this location, the sacs are so comfy!

I went to the store ready to buy. I had read good reviews online but I had a few questions and wanted to test the cushions before buying. There were 4 employees when I got there and all were occupied so I sat and patiently waited. I was greeted when I entered, I guess. As I sat and waited other customers also entered. At least three different sets of customers that arrived after I did were assisted and I was repeatedly passed over. The first I kind of let go as maybe they lost track. But at some point it was obvious I was being ignored. I left and they lost a purchase today.

The only problem I had was getting the supersac out of the sack that it came in. I had to rip the duffle bag apart to get it out.
