Got to go here last week and I saw the same associate I had last time at the us31 location (Sarah) she is always so helpful I came in for a bullet and got a full kit the best person to shop with no matter which store!

PLEASE READ AND TAKE CAUTION!Me and a friend went to this location on Sunday Feb.12th. As soon as we walked in, CONNER (a short caucasian male sales associate with glasses and brown hair) meet us right at the door and asked for our IDs. I did not think this was weird until I realized he ONLY asked us, no other customers entering the store.As we’re looking at products, Conner and the other sales associate (did not get her name) hovered over us the entire 30 minutes we were in the store. Every time we went to look or pick something up, Conner proceeded to tell us about the item, without us even asking. It was to the point we could not even shop in peace. The only time we were given space was when we were in the dressing room. Which I want to say the dressing rooms have notes posted saying that their employees are rewarded for catching shoplifters and they also use “secretive” cameras/ software to catch thieves.Again, when we exited the dressing room, we were followed. Up until we checked out. Even AFTER I checked out, I was waiting on my friend to get done so I was smelling the perfume. The female associate hovered over me. Despite there being 3-4other customers in the store.I was made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We did not have big purses, clothes, or coats on. I have never experienced this treatment at the Greenwood location. And if you’re wondering, yes we are women of color. Based off how we were treated, and the fact that they have notes all over the store saying they have a reward system to catch thieves, I can’t help but think this was racial motivated. Of course the employees would say otherwise.

Do not go to this store if you are new, shy, or looking for good service. Out of the local Greenwood stores this is the lowest on my list. They have a very large selection of lingerie garments but for the price and quality it would be better to shop at a small business who hand crafts their items or go to one of the other stores for less selection but proper pricing for their quality. I have been here several times throughout the years and every time I have gone it is younger women who will follow you around like hawks and make a comment about every item you grab or look at for more than a few seconds. Whether it is out of curiosity or genuine interest, you'll be asked if you want to buy it or slammed with sales pitches. While shoplifting is a major concern- there are better ways to give space and either watch from a distance or on cameras. When it comes to the type of store- there's a need privacy and friendly customer service that this place simply lacks. Very small selection of higher priced toys that you can find at other stores or online for cheaper. Sadly not a friendly local experience like you get at Lions den. The place to go if you want a large selection of clothing immediately available to you and are willing to pay the price.

I’ve come here a handful of times over the years and not only are the employees extremely helpful, but the whole atmosphere is incredibly safe and inviting! They have tons of options for clothes, toys and gag gifts too. The employees are super helpful and they definitely make sure to help you feel comfortable asking questions. I will not go anywhere else, definitely work the drive for me!

Not From Indianapolis But Decided To Stop In And Check It Out For Myself Even Though Reviews Were A Bit Up & Down…Very Clean Helpful Staff Didn’t Catch The Girls Name But She Was Very Nice(Wore Glasses) Wasn’t Pushy On Saleing Most Expensive Thing & Very Knowledgeable With Certain Products Had A Great Experience Associates Wasn’t To Nosey Or Down Your Back…Will Stop By Again If In The Area !!

Looked like a cool place right up until the cashier accused me of shoplifting. As if I would go to an adult store to steal mints. We went to cirilla's just up the road and bought what we needed instead.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. They were awesome with questions and recommendations. No pushiness, no embarrassment, no freakiness. Well-lit, great selection, awesome staff, decent prices. If you're a first-timer, this is definitely the place to start.
