Pros: -pretty cheap, has mostly everything you need -usually empty -older crowd (if you are 60+ you might like this) -nice dumbbells Cons: -generally dirty, flies in the showers and bathroom is usually not super clean -equipment is OLD, not many new machines -THE MUSIC. So bad, so loud, playlist of 8 Christian rock songs that will play on loop and you will hear it through your headphones Other notes: -weirdly religious? Was just a bit off putting I think that part of this was my type of exercise did not mesh well (weightlifting/bodybuilding focused). If you are looking for a place to use a treadmill, or are you over the age of 65 you will probably like it here as that is the main demographic. 2 stars may be a bit harsh, honestly writing this review hoping they will TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!!

This place is larger than it looks. Nice indoor pool just an all-around good facility, very clean and professionally run.

WAY bigger inside than it looks from the outside, with excellent equipment of every kind and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

This place looks a bit small from the outside, but don't be fooled--it a very spacious and pleasant inside, with virtually anything you could possibly need to get in a complete work-out. Extremely helpful staff also. Highly recommend!

Good gym, Excellent layout. Basically most of what you need. A couple of machines I always wished they had :Bring back the Smith machine. Ideal for certain lifts!A leg press machine lying on the back instead of sitting upright. Not a great angle for the knees.

I love their machines because most have built in fans. Their music is not always my favorite but at least they don’t play it as loud as most places so you can block it out with your own music.

I joined the gym for the water aerobics and I must say the instructors are awesome. The facility is old and I appreciate the upgrades but there is still a lot that can be done to make the facility more inviting. The ladies locker room has missing tiles, the floors in the changing room are filthy and have spider webs and dirt in the corners, and it would be nice if they invested in an extractor so that I would not have to drag my clothes home dripping water the entire way. They also say the water temperature in the pool is 87 degrees but that is not true when you first get into the water it is freezing. These additional upgrades would make the facility more appealing and would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of new changes at Indianapolis facility. I can't wait to take advantage of aqua fit classes again.
