I came in today and everyone was very sweet. This was my first time ever coming inside an adult store (pun intended), and they didn't make me feel the least bit awkward. At the counter one woman who's name I regrettably missed very politely told me about how the silicone lube I was getting could damage the toy I was buying, so I picked a water based one per her suggestion. I didn't have many questions, but I have a hunch that if I did they would have been welcomed. I strangely preferred this to shopping online which was unexpected.

I mean, it gets the job done ? ? and the staff is always so helpful with great advice. Large selection, unlike Priscilla. Great cleaners right next door, too!

Candy was working when I came in Feb. 10. There were lots of in-store promotions going on, and she was very helpful in making sure I got everything I needed! I'll be coming back, and I hope I see her again:) made the trip such a pleasant experience!

Got a friendly greeting like normal, grabbed our item, and went to check out. The guy was stocking and putting some stuff away at the other end of the counter. He was facing us, and he saw us at the counter. He continued putting stuff away, and I'm like sure, I sometimes need to finish what I'm doing too and waited. He turned away and started messing with another shelf, greeted 2 sets of customers that walked in, and still didn't come to the counter to check us out. I'd normally say "excuse me" or something, but my guy clearly saw us at the counter. I left frustrated at blatantly being ignored and made to wait while the guy moves things around the shelves. Rude AF.

This shop is nice but the prices have went way up and the quality of the product has went down. Not worth buying the outfits when u can only wear them once before they start falling apart

Went to this store to look around was greeted by Carla. She was helpful, friendly and an all around great person. Tended to all our needs and helped find the right items for myself and my mate. Will definitely be returning.
