This is my third year with my Liberty Tax family and as in the previous years, I've been totally satisfied. Dawn called early in the season to leave a reminder to make an appointment. Mr. Lloyd Manning, Jr. Is my main contact and he was very professional in discussing a new change in my filing and return. Dawn has been doing my taxes since I was 18. She has always been amazing! She knows her stuff, she’s always open to answering questions throughout the year and explains everything while filing for you.Ms Margaret is always so friendly and patient when I bring my kids in. Doing taxes is not a family-fun event but doing it with them is because they have a coffee station, popcorn, candy and a TV for the kids.We really appreciate them, their knowledge, and family environment they provide!
