I went here do get taxes done.When I got there , it was a ghost town. The 2 employees working did not greet me.The guy walked over to counter and just gazed at me with a hateful stare! I said I’m here for my 4pm Appt for the 149.00 tax prep welcome back fee. I was filling 1099He was very rude, and said it was going to be $500. I said no thank you. What a waste of time , and gas. Some of the worse customer service ever. I will never set foot, in another Liberty Tax ever!

Its been almost 10 years I've been faithfully coming back each year to let Ashley prepare my taxes and its always a great time and they always treat me the best they can

Absolutely horrible customer service. Traditionally, I will not go out of my way to write a review if I have had a bad experience, but the manager of this branch was disgustingly rude. When I asked for my personal information (social security number) to be removed from an envelope that had been kept in an unlocked drawer, I was told that was impossible and that I would need to contact the owner if I wanted that to happen. This was, of course, after I said I would be visiting
