These Liberty tax people are very rude, lazy, disrespectful, and most importantly racist! They had me conversing with a tax agent who had memory loss! Miss Anita Miller was the worst; she was rude and very slippery I did not appreciate it! Please stay away if you want your taxes done; Gratitude!

Please Do Not file your taxes with liberty you will not get your max refund back through them, and they really can't even answer your questions about stock and the stock dividends H&R block is way less expensive and is far way more recognizable than liberty and not only that in most cases H&R Block will not charge you that big fee for filling up front especially when you can't afford it they take THIER fees out of your return liberty does not. They hit you with the fees upfront MAKEING you go broke before next pay day

I would never refer anyone to a place that would not give his records backAfter 3 to 6 months.And then not get His original papers only copies of papers sent in.

I ended up spending more money than was told. The daughter that they allowed to amend the taxes took most of my stimulus money that was needed.

I never used this service this place around somebody else to use my name in social security I even contacted them and they still allowed it the manager was so rude I just ended up contacting me IRS and the attorney general about this matter and reported them I actually have to have my stuff mailed to me now for security reasons then you email me asking me for rating I'm not the one that got fraudulently paid by you but guess what tick tock federal charges are being filed

Pretty horrible. The old man that owns the place is almost impossible to work with. You have to explain maybe four or five times before he finally gets the point. Dropped off my taxes in late March of 2020. I was told they were done and may finally of the same year just to find out that they were not done at all. Now here we are in the middle of July as my taxes are late and he can't understand I just want to pick up my W-2s. My advice would be to stay away from this place and a senile old man Fred Huffman
