The installation of my shower is complete. The contractor did a great job on the installation. He was prompt, professional and efficient. My shower was complete in one day. I am a tad bit upset with myself for not double checking the contract that was completed with the salesman. I was under the impression that the shower pan would come out further and be larger than my original tub but it is a standard shower pan that I received. Also the salesman and I talked about a foot bar for shaving which I also did not receive. The standard shower pan size was on my contract and I can’t seem to find the foot bar so I really can’t argue with what I received. Overall, it really does look great and was installed nicely. Just make sure you ask more questions! Pictures below. Bathroom is still under construction. Floors are next

This company has taken advantage of my in laws! They started working on a shower install over two months ago. They still have not finished the job and refuse to return calls! They spent a fortune on this remodel and they don’t even have a door in the shower! They messed up the walls and the trim. It should be perfect for what they paid! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I would never try to get anything from them. First reason they lied to me and told me that my 38 gallon water tank would fill up the walk-in tub but it only filled it up to my waist so I can't soak. Then they told me that I signed a paper stating the I understand that I need to have a 50 gallon tank to fill up the tub but I told them I never signed that paper so I told them to send me a copy of the paper and the Signature was not my signature. I did not sign that paper. Someone else signed that paper in order to cover their butt. Then they told me that 2 people came out to my house. And they brought the paper for me to sign. But only 1 person came out to my house. No one else came out to my house except for One of their sales representatives, then they turn around and said that they tried to help me get a water tank but they never did. The guy told me that he'll call me in 24 hours. And I never heard from him again. So now they still want me to pay for the walk-in tub and I can't even use it. They have lied to me so many times it doesn't make any sense. So make sure you check everything they say and make sure you make copies of everything they give you and take pictures of how many people that come to your house with this company and when they come to your house because they will make up dates that they came to your house and how many people that came with the sales rep.Services: Bathtub replacement

I posted earlier about the incompetence of installers, resulting in major water damage to mine and 3 other connecting units of my condo.That occurred on June 1st; now after actually getting to use the walk in shower...around July 5th, I find the shower head is loose and the $1200 shower door does not close properly.Not a good deal for $12,200.00 !!!D July

They will not stop calling and harassing me I have no idea how they got my number. I’ve never inquired with their business. I have blocked multiple numbers and they just call me off different ones.

A stair chair lift was installed. After a secondary adjustment, it has been a God send. Service was prompt and professional.

I had a deal of difficulty communicating with them but the installation went well and they did eventually answer my concerns. I put the deposit down on a credit card. At installation, I was asked for a check for the balance, which I provided. They cashed the check but also billed the balance to my credit card so double billed several thousand dollars. I called multiple times and got no return call so I had to pay to stop payment on the check and they canceled the bill on the card. So I called again multiple times but no call back. Took nearly 2 months to sort out.I had a bit of trouble with the chair and they did correct that reasonably quickly and thoroughly. That actually is the more important thing and was handled well.

The door opening is too small, or the doors are a bit large. The showerhead is frankly one of the cheapest plastic-looking devices and the control handle is really loose and swivels around. I would have liked the outside support handle to be on the other side on the external part of the wall...that's the side I will use...not the side by the bathroom door. It's mostly those things. I love the surround and have no issue with the workmanship.Service: Shower refinishing

I was very disappointed when I found out I was lied to from the salesman. Any projects I have had done with any company I ask if any that does the work, are they employed by your company. When they tore out my old shower the drain was just left unhooked. So all my drain water came through my ceiling. That’s when I found out that they use subcontractors.Leaf did take what it’s going to cost me off the price of my project. But I would never recommend a company that their representatives lie to the customers.Service: Remodeling
