“I cleaned and dried a king sized comforter. The facility was clean, and the machines worked as expected. The attendant at this facility was friendly and very helpful. There was ample parking, with easy access in and out of the strip mall. I recommend Royal Laundromat, and will be back next time it’s needed.”

“This is the only place I'll go to for dry cleaning and alterations. I've had dresses and pants altered, my comforters dry cleaned, and taken my partners suits for cleaning. They always do a fantastic job and are so friendly! Their prices are very reasonable and have a quick turnaround. They even helped me out when I was under a time crunch by altering a bridesmaids dress I had to wear out of state within the week. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“Extremely better than any of the other laundry facilities in the area. Been going here for months now the owners are super sweet and look out for their customers. The TV in the corner always has something interesting to watch while you wait. Kid friendly! Candy claw, an arcade machine, a kiddie bookshelf, and even a little cars mat. They even have a service where they do laundry for those busy people out there.”

“Sucks they don't have tanning for $10 a week & hardly any specials. I've went to this tanning salon on & off since I was 15 because other salons are even more pricey! So maybe that's why they changed things plus everything went up in prices since after covid. But they keep it clean in there & always leave the sanitizer cleaner spray in the room. Just ask for a extra towel & clean it again like I do because I'm a germaphobe! But u can either pay $10 a day to tan or just pay for 5 visits 10visits or monthly visits for $50 which I think is the best one to pick.”

“I wish I could give this place more then five starts. I don’t go by other people’s reviews about places, but this place right here is the amazing. I love the fact that the attendant that is at the front desk she stayed busy cleaning, and making sure the place stayed clean the whole time we was there.I have been a housekeeper for at the University of Notre Dame for 18 years, being here today washing clothes it made me feel like I had to stop the lady that was working and let her know how much I appreciated how much she kept the building clean.Please forgive for not asking her name ma’am please forgive me.My son even told me mom you got that look in your eye. I asked him what do you mean?He said: I know how you get when you go to a place and it is really clean you get really excited.????????????A standing ovation is in order, thank you for being amazing, and taken pride in keeping your work place amazingly clean.Sincerely,Mrs. Lott”

The owner of this place is amazing the machine didn’t start and I thought that it did and I went back in and he offered to let me pick it up tomorrow morning and he didn’t even want to take my money for the dryer or anything he just said it’s all good. I recommend this place highly music is great staff is nice.”

“Did not use tanning. Their washers and dryers are decently cheap and they don't smell like mold so I enjoyed it. Their dryers are really good and dried my clothes alot quicker than most places did. The comments were right and the worker lady is real nice and she was busy cleaning away. So much so that it's one of the cleaner laundry mats I've been to. It's a little hot but there was a few fans going so it helped. Plenty of tables to fold on and plenty of carts to use for clothes”

“I both tan and wash house hold items. The Madison Ave location is always clean. The staff are the Best. The general manager is always cleaning. I pulled up one Saturday morning, she's outside washing windows. When she is at the location, she is constantly cleaning. The tanning facilities are spotless, always clean. I'm complimented all the time on my tan, I visit like 2 to 3 a week. Oh, I must mention, they are so much cheaper than any of the other tanning facilities around. Keep up the good work !!”

“I generally love this place. Quiet. Quick. Nice environment.But with the debit cards, signage says you’ll be charged $15 and that will be refunded after so many days. It’s been a week and I still have two $15 charges on my account. I’ve called up there multiple times and never got a call back from the owner after being guaranteed a call back. Just told I’d have to wait.I’m not one that can afford something like this and it’s frustrating. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. If so, I’ll be sure to get quarters.Update: the owner has gotten back to me and is working to resolve the issue.”

It was just a little hard to find because they don't have an outside sign yet but it's super clean, has vending machines, open 24 hours, and there's no coin drop in you use a laundry card which is so much more convenient and quicker. “I’ve always had my military uniform dry-cleaned here since finishing training and my mom is also a very frequent customer with her NP white jacket. The owner is very kind and knows exactly what needs to be done when you explain what you need done. For those talking about her poor English, I don’t think you were really giving her a chance. I needed a patch sewn on my military AGSU jacket (with specific measurements in place) and she understood when I walked her through those measurements. If you’re not satisfied when you leave, just ask politely so both people (you and her) make sure you’re on the same page about services and cost. That’s all it takes.”

“Washer crapped out on me 350 for the part plus 150 for installation on a 5-year-old washer forget it. So as of right now I have no washing machine check this place out dreading to go there. Clean, double load washers plenty of room to wash and fold. Change machine on site, supplies sold there partially staffed threw clothes in the washing machine came back an hour and a half later place was empty. If you got to go to the laundromat you can do a lot worse than this place. Two thumbs up.”

“I always wash at this location. They are clean when I go. It has a funny smell like mildew. The last load is at 10:30 pm. Employees, depending on the day/nights you go, are very nice. I've had 2 experiences where the person was rude. But have the other come and apologize for them. Overall, it's a good experience.”

“I had previously gone to zips for dry cleaning and felt like my items were not cared for and I actually wasn’t entirely sure they had been cleaned so I switched to perfect touch and I’m thrilled with the service and quality. My comforter looks great and smells clean. The service was friendly and fast. Worth the extra cost for sure.”

“I went tanning a couple times and was paying per session, then the girls hooked me! Now I have a Tanning package here! The prices are fair and If you go often enough it pays for itself! All of the ladies here are extremely friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable! If you have any questions they are very patient and answer all of your questions and make sure that you understand! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication! I would absolutely recommend and will for sure be back!”
