This review is for the laundry section only…
I was excited to come here because they accept credit/debit cards. I was also glad to see that they have vending machines… oh but wait… they don’t work. Let me clarify… 2 drink machines are “out” and the other one only sells hot products. The ice cream machine ONLY accepts $1 (I can see this being legit) and the snack machine, well apparently it works. I didn’t dare test my fate with losing money just in case. The location is clean but under managed. It’s really hard for me to recommend this location because of the under management done here. But, no complaints about the laundry aspect. Oh, and the “big screen TV’s” are not big.

The ladies are always super friendly, they greet you when you come in everytime. I love tanning here. ❤️ Still my go to place 5 years later ? always clean and smells clean ?

The laundromat was clean, and the machines were great, this is a good place for washing clothes.

I really do love this tanning bed location & I actually prefer it compared to the other locations I've visited. I love the girls that work there and like most of the beds, lotions offered, etc.
HOWEVER, they do miss the mark keeping up with their beds, bulbs being fixed & changed, etc. I always use their standup bed when visiting this salon & I haven't actually been in literally 6+ months. I went back again tonight and the same bulb in the same standup was STILL out?!?!?!! Please explain to me how or WHY I am paying almost $80 per month and this bulb is still burned out?? If this bed is actually out of service or cannot be fixed-then do/say that. Don't let paying customers have to go without because the bed isn't up to snuff. This is the reason ((for the most part)) I chose to go to a different location for these prior months. It just sucks because I really would like to tan where I'd like since I am a monthly paying customer, but because this bed isn't up to code, I'm forced to go elsewhere and not really get what I'm paying for.
If there was another tanning salon that had the same hour availability, I would 150% switch. Just seems like they don't value their customers due to their lack of care or concern from the owner or management that can actually do something about it.

Always have went there to go tanning they had a good deal for a 2 month plan and the ladies that work there are always super nice.

Like that it is open 24 hours. Most of the dryers though have some kind of plastic melted in them and has ruined several items of my clothing. Prices have gone up. I intend to very soon have my own washer and dryer again. Last time I went I walked into an apparent homeless person and the worker in a verbal altercation and the person was very threatening towards the laundry worker She had to call the police. But she did handle the situation very well. She was constantly cleaning the whole time I was there. I asked for her name but I lost the paper that she wrote it down on so that I could give her a recommendation of how well she was doing her job. She said she only works on Friday nights and Saturday nights the night shift. I think her name was like Shana. But she did keep the laundromat very clean, was very helpful with several of us that had questions or minor problems with our laundry. She was very complimentary to everyone. In my opinion she is definitely an asset to your company.

Depending on when you go it's a good place to do your laundry if you go when it's packed people will take over the washer and dryers my advice is to go when it's not so busy
