βI only utilize laundromats on an occasional basis and only when some laundry pile up too much. But out of all of the laundromats in which I have been to, this is the CLEANEST, NICEST AND MOST CONVIENT one I have ever utilized!!!
There are times when I decided to get 3-4 sets of sheets/blankets done at once and then machines do a SUPERB JOB!!!!!

βThis is my go-to dry-cleaner in Indy. The service is always stellar and my clothes always look amazing when I pick them up. Theyβve even helped me get a dress cleaned within 24 hours when I was in a pinch.β
βI just get here at 6:10 pm on Saturday Jun 22 and a big latina lady come outside to meet me and say that last wash is at 6 pm . Because they close at 7 .well my laundry don't take more then 50 min I could have time. Rosa was mean and just talk to me dirty. Start yelling and calling me names . She's say she treat everyone the same . What would you have someone to work here and be so low life and treat customers like she treat her kids . I'm changing my review because the owner nicely speak to me. And mostly everyone is so nice here. I have coming here for 8 months and always smooth and clean and nice . I appreciate it ?β

βMilto a nice place to do dry cleaning and is affordable. They cleaned my suit very well and I was very satisfied. As long as I'm living Indianapolis I will always bring my stuffs here to get cleaned.β

I love the fact that the attendant that is at the front desk she stayed busy cleaning, and making sure the place stayed clean the whole time we was there.I have been a housekeeper for at the University of Notre Dame for 18 years, being here today washing clothes it made me feel like I had to stop the lady that was working and let her know how much I appreciated how much she kept the building clean.Please forgive for not asking her name maβam please forgive me.My son even told me mom you got that look in your eye. βThis was my go-to place when it dryer broke. It was my favorite of three other local ones. It's large, there's pretty good seating compared to the others and they have some giant new dryers that even take cards. Great place!β
βAlways friendly and speedy service here. The prices are compatible. And what's more: Things are ready when they are promised. You can prepay or pay when you pick up your oder... your choice. I like that.Ample free parking right out front the business, as it is located in a small strip mall.β

βThe staff is polite, plenty of washer and dryers, washing was like seven dollars though omg. It was huge in there but I went on a Sunday so it was hella people and kids. I don't think the cafe was open but they had vending machines and tables. It was quick though and apparently they'll do it for you if you pay aheadβ
βLove going there to do my laundry. Never have to wait on a washer or dryer. The staff is very friendly, and the make the best coffee. Usual after two cups I am finished and on my way home!β
βThe only laundrymat I love coming to even though I live like 15 mins away from the location. It's nice and clean and they have great staff. Do recommend to come here.β

βI haven't used the laundry mat side of this business but the tanning beds are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly! I'm so glad I stumbled across this business, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to tan! They also have great deals on tanning, I'd recommend to anyone!β
βWasher crapped out on me 350 for the part plus 150 for installation on a 5-year-old washer forget it. So as of right now I have no washing machine check this place out dreading to go there. Clean, double load washers plenty of room to wash and fold. Change machine on site, supplies sold there partially staffed threw clothes in the washing machine came back an hour and a half later place was empty. If you got to go to the laundromat you can do a lot worse than this place. Two thumbs up.β

βEDIT: owner fixed the quater eating problem in like 5 minsOnly laundromat I go to, always clean. They have 3 '8 load' washers. Fast wifi, lil kid area, and restrooms. I've had the dryers eat quarters before and not work though. Over all definitely worth the drive. Owner also comes in regularly and has the cutest lil dog, always makes my dayβ
βItβs a laundromat. Walked in with dirty clothes, left with clean clothes. My washer has been broken this past week due to the freezing temps. If I need a laundromat again, Iβll be back.β

βBy far the cleanest laundromat I have been to in town. The staff are very friendly and are never seen standing around. They are always working and wiping things off. Much appreciated!β
βEverything inside is brand new works wonderful! It was just a little hard to find because they don't have an outside sign yet but it's super clean, has vending machines, open 24 hours, and there's no coin drop in you use a laundry card which is so much more convenient and quicker. Great place will be returning.β
βI always wash at this location. They are clean when I go. It has a funny smell like mildew. The last load is at 10:30 pm. Employees, depending on the day/nights you go, are very nice. I've had 2 experiences where the person was rude. But have the other come and apologize for them. Overall, it's a good experience.β

βI had previously gone to zips for dry cleaning and felt like my items were not cared for and I actually wasnβt entirely sure they had been cleaned so I switched to perfect touch and Iβm thrilled with the service and quality. My comforter looks great and smells clean. The service was friendly and fast. Worth the extra cost for sure.β
βIβve always had my military uniform dry-cleaned here since finishing training and my mom is also a very frequent customer with her NP white jacket. The owner is very kind and knows exactly what needs to be done when you explain what you need done. For those talking about her poor English, I donβt think you were really giving her a chance. I needed a patch sewn on my military AGSU jacket (with specific measurements in place) and she understood when I walked her through those measurements. If youβre not satisfied when you leave, just ask politely so both people (you and her) make sure youβre on the same page about services and cost. Thatβs all it takes.β
βIt's a great quick place with nice staff. Just wished they change their hours on Google or doors. Keep forgetting they don't close at 10 anymore it's 8pm now. Last few times I've been in I get turned away saying they closed at 8. I work usually until 7pm. Kinda sucks. But if ever during the day their washers only take 30 min and dryers 20 so 1hr total in a huge load of laundry.β

βFor such a small area, it's not bad. There's quite a few things here. Several restaurants, a large grocery store with a pharmacy. Not to mention a CVS, nail salon, gas station, and a bank. You may find what you're looking for.β

βMilto does excellent work. Things are always done on time and look great. The cost of dry cleaning has gotten a little crazy (like most things). Pants costing $10 and $4 per shirt, with tax makes it $15 a day to wear clothes youβve already paid for. Dry cleaning seems to have become a luxury of the wealthy or a corporate benefit. However, Milto is without a doubt, the best service in the area.β
