Good laundromat but machines are overcharging my card. I haven’t even put my clothes in the washer yet and I’m 60 down. Machine charged both our cards $15 every swipe even tho washes were 6-10 dollars.

Really liked this place but apparently someone's stealing clothesUpdateThey took down my wife's information, but upon following up today she was told if they find any clothes they go in the trash.

I generally love this place. Quiet. Quick. Nice environment.But with the debit cards, signage says you’ll be charged $15 and that will be refunded after so many days. It’s been a week and I still have two $15 charges on my account. I’ve called up there multiple times and never got a call back from the owner after being guaranteed a call back. Just told I’d have to wait.I’m not one that can afford something like this and it’s frustrating. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. If so, I’ll be sure to get quarters.Update: the owner has gotten back to me and is working to resolve the issue.

Whenever I need to get my laundry done quick fast and in a hurry this is where I go...mainly cause they have machines that can use debit cards...so much easier than getting change although they do offer that as well.

It's always clean. I like it that Kroger is close by. Wash clothes and food shop.

Sign on door says that last load must be started at 9:30 but the machines are turned off at 9:15. A truthful sign would have prevented a 1-star review. Update: SIgn still not corrected.

Great place! Business is always top-notch. Customer service is excellent. I love having wifi and using my credit card to wash and dry my clothes.

So I'm working at a booth at the Indiana state fairgrounds and we had a deluge with flooding lightning and all the fun stuff. We had boxes of T-shirts for volunteers that were soaked the next day. I looked up the laundromat on yelp they had the best ratings. So I went. As I was Carrying heavy boxes of soaked T-shirts, right before I got to the door it opened up in a very nice lady was bringing me a laundry cart and asked me if I could use the cart. How nice was that! The laundromat was up-to-date and very clean. The restrooms were nice and clean. They have flat panel TV monitors the change machines worked. It was a great place. It was on a Friday at 1 PM in the afternoon. Thanks laundromat!

Was told I could not have my service dog in the building what a piece of work this place is lady was rude and very disrespectful
