I have wanted a Range Rover for years! I finally got my wish and Dakota made the shopping experience hassle-free - and may I dare say - fun!! He was knowledgeable, kind and so chill that I did not experience the normal hassle of buying a car. The Service Department is great. They’ve always been very helpful and accommodating when I needed service, especially if something was fairly urgent. Booking a routine appointment for just usual scheduled maintenance can take a long time, but probably that’s due to difficulty maintaining mechanic staffing levels. Overall, I’ve been very pleased With Tom Wood Land Rover.

Scott Miller was willing to stay after closing to help us. He was also flexible as we made changes before everything was finalized. Took my 1 year old SUV in because engine light was on. It took almost 3 weeks for them to get my car in for an appt. Once I arrived for appointment they said it would be 2-3 days. Thankfully they provided a rental. I called them on day 6 to check status and it still had not been looked at yet. They finally repaired the problem and I got my car back on day 8. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve let me know day 3 or 4, sorry we haven’t been able to get to your car yet, it may be a few more days.

Quoted for brakes… I have barely put any miles on this vehicle since I purchased it. I bought a Lemon. Thankfully getting it in elsewhere for 1/2 the cost! My last service for headlights resulted in me being pulled over because my lights were turned off. This was not a certified pre owned car and I am honestly contacting an attorney. Sales person was less than helpful. Have several friends who were interested in buying vehicles from here but I told them to go elsewhere.

I previously reviewed this dealership for its services with five stars but I’m back to re-review with a lower rating. I’ve taken my vehicle here for regular service and maintenance for the last three years, twice this year alone. In May for a regular oil change and September to replace the water pump, as recommended by the mechanic due to visible coolant seepage.A day after I picked my vehicle up from this service, the engine light came on. My husband took it back for me and the same mechanic who has serviced my vehicle said the air filters were in terrible condition and have likely never been changed.Not a big deal, but the mechanic has always signed off on the inspection report as having checked the filters and they were fine. The kicker is that the mechanic’s attitude towards my husband came across as though it was our fault. We place our trust in the mechanic’s word that he checked the filters. In what scenario could we have known these weren’t in good working order when just days prior I received the inspection report signing off that they were checked and passed?I’m second guessing everything else that’s been marked as inspected.

I recently purchased a Defender, and I had a good experience with the Land Rover team. My salesman, Jake, was proactive and responsive regarding communications. They were easy to work with throughout the process. I love the vehicle!

I had an issue that turned out to be a recall item.Not only did they fix the vehicle (keep in mind its a 2012) but they treated me like it was a 100k 2022 model. Even detailed it after service.When I go to buy another vehicle I will be going here first and referring as many people as possible to this dealer.Excellent communication and above and beyond service! Thank you!

Apparently not even an authorized Range Rover dealer wants to work on their own product. My wife called in to schedule a service on her 2014 Range Rover HSE which she was told they no longer work on any range rovers that are older than 10 years or over 100k miles. We have always serviced her car here and previously had another Range Rover and have spent thousands over the years at Tom Wood. We were even discussing trading hers in on a new or newer Range Rover. Says a lot about reliability and a brand when the dealer doesn't even want to work on these. Will be buying elsewhere, how can you even sell and stand by a product that's six figures plus when they won't even work on them after 10 years absolute joke.

Had a really great service experience. My Range Rover was towed in after hours and back on the road the following afternoon. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that, my truck was brought into the shop with a clear electrical issue. Needed a new alternator. Repair was time sensitive as I live 3 hours away and had to get home. Inspection revealed that the cabin filter was almost 2 years old and replacement was suggested along with full service for $2,230. I did not have time for or request this service be performed, but I understand it’s part of the process at the dealer. The cabin filter is accessed through the glove box. The glove box usually opens downward very softly and now it drops quickly and bounces a few times making a noise which is a bit bothersome since it has left the shop. Service advisor Josh was very polite and helpful throughout the process.
