Recently came in for a non-DOT UDT and the process was simple and quick. Arrived right after lunch hours (~1pm), had 4 people in front of me, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Katt A was a phenomenal nurse for when I was getting my blood drawn. She gave me a very encouraging speech before she did it and when i passed out she did her best to make sure i was taken care of. She drew the blood very quickly and it wasn’t too bad. good place overall!

Call six times and never returned the call. Left a message. Emailed them SMS text them and never got a call back and I’m trying to find out about scheduling lab work that I need done horrible horrible customer service even when I called another office they wouldn’t help me get a number to be able to find someone to talk to about my labs, horrible

I came here for an employment drug screen and every sign says they stop drug testing at 4:30. I came in at 4:22 and was told they stop testing at 4:20. All of these signs need to be corrected! Ridiculous I do not recommend. Also the lady at the front desk was rude

all the staff in there are so sweet and patient! especially the male with lots of bling, the girl with glasses in a white lab coat, and the girl with a head scarf/bandanna. they all need a raise immediately!!!!

I had nothing but a great experience today. Also, the air quality is good in this building.Please be aware of lunch hours which is 11:50-1:00 at all labcorp locations

Unfortunately I understand why they have 2.5 stars. They close at noon for lunch and don't inform you until you get there and a staff member is locking the door. I went back at 1pm, checked in...20 minutes go by and others are checking in. No one says hello, no one informs us of a wait time or anything. I finally knocked on the window and a staff member comes by. I asked about how long the wait will be. She said the computers are down so she doesn't know. I replied that something like that should be communicated. She hustled around to see how she could get us called to the back. I hate that this is what customer service has come to - no sense of urgency, no communication, and such a lackadaisical attitude. Places like this have a tendency to treat people who come in as if they don't matter, as if we have no lives and nothing to do with our time. Not all of us are drug addicts who live worthless lives. We're people and we matter just like you do. Do better.

only came for a drug test. sat there for an hour, people there before me had to of been there longer. i understand they are short staffed, but it took one of the employees LEAVING to let us be aware of that. they tell you that you will get a text message when it’s your turn, not one person got a text message. i had to hold in my fluids due to the fact that there was no public restroom available. people who checked in AFTER me, that were walkins, we’re getting called before me. not a location i would recommend

Used to be a great and fast location. Tiana left and now it's really slow. I waited 40min today and had to leave for another appt. I always do walk ins and in the past and didn't have to wait more than 10-15min. Now I know to make sure I have at least an hour to spare. The staff is really nice though.

The phlebotomist was amazing. I called to find out my lab test results, and the automatic answering machine asks you to go to the website, then you have to register, have a new login/password, then check your email to verify registration, and then, still you needed to authenticate ... Why all these hassles rather than emailing (or texting) the results when they are ready?It also seems their system collects too much personal information during the visit and procedure

Rude and hostile staff, there was really no one in charge here.The staff seem to have no interest or obligation to communicate.I had a very detailed blood panel and decided to leave and take my business. Somewhere else.I will give quest a try, it’s gotta be better than LabCorp especially this location.

Called before driving out to this location, no answer. No callback as well. Walked in and was told I was 7 minutes late for pre employment drug screening and that I would have to wait about an hour and a half.Please note they close in the middle of the day for pre employment screenings if you're coming here.I would have appreciated a heads up on the differing hours for the screenings. Frustrating to say the least.

Very inconsiderate! Got here at 9am. I’m still here and it’s going on 1030am!! Not professional at all!! He closes the window on people while they’re still talking to him. SMH.
