The best blood draw I have ever had in my life. I have always passed out when I get my blood drawn. Not this time! Kristen was a great communicator, she let me know what she was doing while she was doing it. I got to the car and cried tears of joy. One of my biggest fear in the world , conquered. THANK YOU.
