My daughter and I stopped into Lazy Boy because of their sale and the quality of their merchandise. We were met by a saleslady, told her what I wanted and what I didn't want. She then proceeded to take us right section and we looked around, sat in some and found one that fit me perfectly. I have back problems and the lower part of the back fit my back perfectly. I chose that chair in leather. Was told it would be here in 2-3 months. Saleslady also gave me a list of organizations that would pick up old chair. I probably will use a charity because the only thing wrong with it is the automatic button to raise and lower the footrest it started having a problem, some times it works and some time it doesn't. It also need the stuffing in the seat replaced. All in All I am completely satisfied.

Everything went smoothly from placing the order in store to delivery!! Both are chairs were in stock. We bought them on Sunday and had them the following Thursday.

My wife and I have always had hand-me-down furniture in the past. We walked in wanting our own recliners and had no idea what to expect. Carl let us look around first then he explained all the different options we had to pick from. Carl was very patient and answered every question. Kimberly picked out some awesome fabric and we ordered 2 custom made recliners. I am sitting in a recliner that feels like it was made for my body while I write this review! I highly recommend Carl and the lazyboy store!

So excited to have purchase my dream recliner at La-Z-Boy. Had a great salesperson, Josh, who made sure I had the chair that fit my size and likes. He was patient as I tried multiple chairs and the final two over and over.
