Kelley at the Avon location was an absolute delight. Her passion and knowledge was beyond appreciated and we really felt like she understood us as a family. I know in sales that sometimes that rapport and level of trust can sometimes feel forced but Kelley never once made us feel like our needs were not her main priority. What a great experience and you can be sure we will be back for all our future needs! Cannot wait to get decorating!

Kelly was a wonderful sales person with the correct balance of sharing expertise and over selling. She is the first consultant to have talked with us about fabrics and fit. We’ve been to about ten furniture stores in the past few weeks. Our purchase went to her for her knowledge and skills combined with overall product reputation.

Highly recommend this La-Z-Boy location for excellent customer service and their assortment high-quality furniture. Mark A. worked with us to find the perfect living room set for my mother-in-law. He was very thorough in finding the most comfortable options, customizing elements of the pieces to better fit her preferences, and incorporating elements of the set to complement each other and tie in to the design of the entire room. He did a great job explaining every aspect in detail in order to make confident decisions. Very impressed with the process, from beginning to end!

I needed a replacement recliner for an older chair that finally gave up on me. Upon visiting the La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings store in Avon, I was greeted by sales manager assistant Mark Ableman. Mark assisted me with choosing a power recliner that fit the shape of my body. It was then I learned the importance of a properly fitting chair with regards to the amount of comfort one could expect from relaxing in any chair or recliner. Mark was great and I have no doubt he helped me make the right choice. I would recommend La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings to anyone looking for well made and comfortable furniture.
