Great establishment my wife enjoys it very much.

Disappointing. Their staff stood directly outside of my favorite local gym to advertise and steal clientele.

I was trying to workout on Monday and when I was there by 5 am was closed and I wait 18 minutes and nobody showed up to open the gym , so a lot people decided to leave because that’s ridiculous and disappointing

Edit... broken equipment takes forever to repair, the bathrooms and showers are disgusting, and this morning, they never showed up to open the gym even after waiting outside for 30 minutes. It's gone down hill wildly fast, and I'm looking for another gym.
My old review from 6 months ago is below:
I'm hesitant to say this because I don't want it to get too busy, but after LA Fitness, VASA, and Anytime, this is by far my favorite gym in Indy.

The range of equipment is impressive. I really enjoy the HITT room. However, the cleanliness of the gym, specifically the bathrooms is worth considering. It drinking fountains are all broken, the bottle fillers don’t work, the sauna door is broken, the bathroom toilets leak gray water throughout the bathroom floor, the trash is not emptied regularly, and the sinks are mildew-y / dirty.

I came here twice. The first thing I noticed was that the paper towels for wiping the machines were empty in most of them. There was trash in different parts of the gym, and the drinking fountains looked like they had not been cleaned in months.
When I came the second time, the gym was locked up, with no notice on the door, and was still advertised as open on Google maps. This is a terrible location.
Edit: It's advertised to be open 24 hours during the week, with it being closed at night weekends, but opening at 12 a.m. on Monday morning. Both times I come on a Monday and it's closed.

I was invited to go to Crunch Keystone for the CrunchOne event. I was excited to find that it was free and that the personal trainer I was paired with was okay. I want to start with the vibe of the place. I did not have a good vibe with this gym. When I walked in, it felt so gloomy, and the workers and personal trainers felt like they were judging me or did not even acknowledge my existence or smile. Personally, the gym is way too overwhelming and sad.
Now, with CruchOne and the personal trainer. I enjoyed Crunch One until we got to the pay. I did not want to pay $110 a session, and I felt so guilty for saying no to the personal trainer because I understand that is a tactic they try to do to lure you in. Makes you feel guilty. Also, the personal trainer, who was very kind and knowledgeable, said some things about other trainers that made me uncomfortable. To sum it up, they told me that if they (the other personal trainers) do not look fit, something is wrong with them, or they just do not have a passion for fitness. That left a very sour taste, confirming that I did not want to spend my money on it, and it was hard to leave. Also, they said sign-up was free, but I would be billed next Friday. I could freeze it, but only ten days beforehand, so I would have to pay that session amount since it was not ten days until the next billing. Absolutely not. I will continue going to Crunch, as it is a fantastic gym, just not in this location.

Almost impossible to cancel your membership. You cannot call to cancel. You cannot cancel via signed documents over email. You HAVE to be in person or send a letter. Also, once you cancel you have to pay another month’s fee due to their inability to cancel your membership within 30 days. Great gym, Terrible business practice and ethics. I will not get another Crunch membership and will inform others of their money grabbing policies.

literally the scummiest gym i have ever been to. they make it seem like it’s mandatory to sign up for their “complimentary”(it costs $10) crunchONE appointment, so they can basically make a sales pitch for you to spend even more money on one of their personal trainers. they make you feel embarrassed about your body during the appointment too. then they find ways to sneak in fees and charge you multiple times for the same thing, and the only way to cancel the membership is to physically go in and cancel. i have never had such an awful experience with a gym and i advise everyone to stay as far away as possible. it’s not worth your stress.

If your free trial expires before you can use it, they won't give you a new one.

Gym and equipment are nice quality however once you sign up, they will pester you to take personal training classes and when you do want to cancel they will make you jump through hoops and give you miss information over the phone and charge an extra month.

Excellent facility with all the equipment you need in that regard. Bathroom areas could be cleaned better. down side is bait and switch advertising for free shirt. You have to pay $10 for a body scan to get your “free shirt”. It made me feel silly for even asking ?

Recently toured the gym. Not impressed with staff or cleanliness. The clerk didn't know the facility well, as he had only been there for 2 days. They need to clean up, shine glass, etc. AND he did not ask me any questions, not even my name.
