I always shop here. Like the store and the people that work there. Even get my scrips filled there. They have an amble supply of handicap carts that I need.

Disappointed. Why in the heck would they leave MOLDED food out? It's in the "reduced" section, but still. It's sad that people need to shop for discounted food have to opt for molded and bruised food. And the meat is very empty.Ugh.

They screwed up my pickup order. In fact, I was texted to say my order was ready. I gave them the time I would show up. When I arrived, the useless store manager said, no-one was there to assist me. Furthermore, he stated, I didn’t even have an order. What a waste of time. I told everyone, do NOT buy me anymore gift cards from Kroger. Manager needs some training so he doesn’t act foolish.

They are so much better people & treat you with respect , courtesy , & don't look down on you for not being dressed up or the way that someone looks . The one on Thompson & Emerson Ave . Especially when basically teens & early 20's want to act like someone was gonna steal some $4.99 Blueberry muffins . They didn't even wait till I was done scanning all items in my cart & I did not in any way shape or form place anything, not one item in any of my bags that I did not scan . Parents please start teaching children to respect their elders as well as other human beings. Kroger you could get one of those youngsters get hurt ,because they want to accuse the wrong person that takes their accusations to heart . Kroger goes back to hire more cashiers that have to actually work then staying on there phones & talking to each other . Make them do hard days work or work 40 hours a week . Because last time I checked I worked 40 hours & I should not have to scan & bag my own items & put them in the cart . Because Kroger you sure do not give any of us the customers that shop your stores a discount or take anything off our bills for doing the scanning & bagging items . Oh you might say you do with downloading your app & clipping your digital coupons. What about the people that don't have the app or a lot of seniors that may not be able to do so . You don't mail out coupons that much anymore . My 88year old step dad is one . I bet if you went back to cashiers & baggers you would have less theft because if like at Aldi grocery store you can't .I am going to try Aldi . Oh and if you are gonna say you save per 10 cents on gas Please Refrain & don't have children try to be Kroger SecurityGuardsSincerelyWas Loyal CustomerR. Scott

Kroger has unfortunately gone downhill. I purchased a 3 pound roll of hamburger there about a week ago, I took 1 pound out on Monday to cook dinner and went to use the other 2 pounds tonight. The best by date is tomorrow and it's already rotten. I can't for the life of me find my receipt and it's not showing recent purchases on my app, but it's still in the original roll with the store name, Kroger, on it. They told me I have to have my receipt and then they will decide if they will refund me or exchange. So upset because this is the 2nd time it has happened with ground beef. Then I had bought a honey dew melon about a month ago, went to cut it open that night and it was rotten. So they exchanged it and I took the other one home and cut it open and it was rotten as well so I gave up and threw it away. So disappointed.

It's summertime so we shop for mostly fruit and vegetables. Was driving by this location a few days ago and stopped in for a quick trip. Well don't expect to be able to purchase anything from the produce department at this location. Selection was limited and freshness was not good.

Big store, lots of products to choose from, friendly staff and the prices are reasonable especially if you're a Kroger plus member.

Normally my wife and I use this store and the people are very nice and friendly and the store is decently laid out. However there are seldom more than one or two full service checkout lines running. Today my wife went in to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries and notice there were no full assist checkout lines open only self checkout. When she asked one of the employees if there would be any in one running the checkouts she was rudely responded with no so she turned to the lady and said well thank you you just lost $200 order because I'm not checking myself out for all that food a couple items is one thing. Their excuse was they didn't have enough employees. Well honestly how many they have isn't my problem but I agree with her I will not use self checkouts when I'm paying the same price is being in a line when someone is getting a paycheck and taking it home to their family. If I want to do my own check out I could just order online. Considering we used to be Marsh customers but changed to Kroger when Marsh went out of business and have actually been somewhat happy with Kroger's over the last 15 years. However all the other Krogers near us are overloaded with customers under loaded and parking spots and not nearly as friendly as this one is normally. Kroger if you're listening you may be on the edge of losing some more customers. It was obvious many people coming in the store we're not happy. By the way the date of this incident is May 16th 2023 today. Looks like all the in Save-A-Lot may become bigger contributors to our pantry than Kroger in the near future. Thought, if you're short on employees at a location and you may have even tried this but see if employees at other stores would be willing to start doing load balancing by working at multiple locations as necessary or some solution but you need to be looking into it heavily. Thanks for letting me Post my feelings. I will admit I'm one of those who pretty much only post when I'm upset not when I'm happy so you can assume that this being the first time I've posted on Kroger's means there's been a lot of good times I haven't posted but it also means this upset me enough to actually take the time to go out and do this. Please look into this well because it may set the future for your company cuz I'm not the only person out here feeling this way...

I love that they have the pickup option now! It’s been years coming that’s for sure! I love Rico!! He’s the friendly happiest employee! If only everywhere had Ricos!

Wouldn’t let me do zero stars but it was definitely a zero rating !!!! I Instacart here all the time and they are usually never rude , but today I come in with a cart full of pops for my Insta cart customer and the lady wouldn’t even scan my codes so I can pay . She was very rude saying there was a limit on how many pops we can get and I need to tell her how many we have before starting r ( which I work at Kroger on crawfordsville street and never heard of that )I told her yes I will have no problem telling you how many I have after you scan everything and I am situated . she called me broke because I was doing Insta cart and was very rude !
