Rarely stocked for store pickup. I believe the whole store is full of shoppers for delivery and they don't like to be bothered with questions you might have.

Now here's a Kroger's style that I haven't seen probably since the 80's. Unlike most of the ones you see now days, that have clothes shoes, etc. It was actually nice walking around inside a real old style grocery store.

First time customer so, I decided to do Kroger delivery. Scheduled a delivery for 7am-8am. Long story short I didn’t get my order even though the driver was in my area. They doubled charge my card 182.23. I would not recommend. Worst experience ever!!!!

Tried to use coupons at checkout. Wasn't working, so the employee started yelling and made me run around the store to get the prices so she could input them manually. She still overcharged me, but I'm not going back inside.

It looks like they are doing some upgrades at the Kroger on East Washington Street, but still not happy that they have gotten rid of a lot of their organic produce.

Me and my elderly mother have shopped at this location for more than 20yrs the cashier we had was extremely rude I know she was the only cashier but it doesn't excuse her bad behavior

Went there to cash a check at 7 pm had to wait until 7:20 pm for customer service desk to open back up. It was temporarily closed for the only employee working at Customer Service to go to break. Apparently they are short handed. The wait ended up being a waste of time cause the check was denied even though I been cashing my checks there off and on for 4 yrs. I went elsewhere and had my checked cashed with no problem.

I always shop here. Like the store and the people that work there. Even get my scrips filled there. They have an amble supply of handicap carts that I need.

Disappointed.Why in the heck would they leave MOLDED food out? It's in the "reduced" section, but still. It's sad that people need to shop for discounted food have to opt for molded and bruised food.And the meat is very empty.Ugh.

They screwed up my pickup order. In fact, I was texted to say my order was ready. I gave them the time I would show up. When I arrived, the useless store manager said, no-one was there to assist me. Furthermore, he stated, I didn’t even have an order. What a waste of time. I told everyone, do NOT buy me anymore gift cards from Kroger. Manager needs some training so he doesn’t act foolish.
