Best fried chicken in all of Lawrence! Give that team a huge pat on the back, frying stacks of fried chicken, fresh out the fryer. The man is a fried chicken guru! Super Krispy, juicy, convenient when you're here at Kroger, no better place to order fried Chicken at its finest. ???? Be patient when placing an order, leave a review for the king of fried chicken.

Money services desk was closed for low staff but their were 3 employees just walking and standing for the 12 minutes I watched them and one if them told me nobody would cash my lottery ticket.

This store has gone all the way down hill. No employees working. Went to customer service two days in a row and could not get anyone. Only a sign that read “away, not sure when we will be back” smh. A customer before me asked the “manager” could she please take time to assist us at the service desk. With a nasty attitude she said “No! I have breaks to give”. The customer informed her he would call district manager. She did not care, told him to call them. I would not recommend going to this location. Service is worse than Walmart smh. A mess!

I do enjoy visiting and supporting my local Kroger but man, having to deal with Cheryl in customer service is like visiting the DMV. She’s rude , impatient , degrading, confrontational and for what? Just give me my refund/exchange or my forever stamps and let’s move on. Hopefully retirement is around the corner, because you need it.

This is a nice Kroger. Usually fairly well stocked. (71st/Graham Road) I like shopping this Kroger the best.

This is a delightful grocer with pharmacy, flowers, deli, and prepared foods.
It's not remarkable in any way, but it's sufficient.

Money services are never open and self checkout is normally the only option. Even for a quick trip the wait would be stupid. I've come here for gas too and there wasn't anyone attending so couldn't pay with cash

they use regular shopping carts, the same ones that everyone uses to put their food in to carry the trash out. I would be very surprised if these ever get washed. they should use a dedicated trash bin for this. the first time i saw this i called them and told the manager. obviously they haven’t changed anything. manager’s response today “why are you showing me this?”
