Was just treated so RUDELY. I did self checkout and cash back. The machine froze after it processed before giving cash or receipt. 2 employees- both left me standing there for a looong time and both informed me that I froze their machine. After a loooong wait-hands me the cash. I asked about a receipt and again told “you froze our machine “. I asked why she was being rude as I already apologized even though it wasn’t my fault. Denies being rude and states it again! I will NEVER return to this store.

I love Kroger, but lately I’ve been buying products that are already expired. I bought kids yogurt and it was expired since 2 weeks before I bought it. I also bought Dry Milk Nido in May 2024 and the milk had already expired since Dec 2023. It cleared say Best Use before Dec 2023 but Kroger still sell that product and I even gave it to my kids 3 times before I saw the date. I am so disappointed.

I love shopping at Kroger, they have the best sales, they honor their coupons and in store sales as well. I would give five stars if the bathroom was clean whenever you go there.

They've updated the store by adding more self checkout machines and had only 2 employees working the registers. They have more employees walking around not really doing work. They hang out in groups chatting instead of up keeping the store. Most fruits and vegetables have gone rotten. I got a bag of potatoes that was mushy and strawberries that was moldy. The floors were clean and shelves wasn't messy. Some foods are moved out of place that don't match up with the SKU tags. The bathrooms are always disgusting hold it or go to the McClure on the corner. I still come here because it's close to where I live so I just wish they would have good work ethic.

My son and I were pushed by an employee who believes that rudely saying excuse me after I spoke up about it justifies her actions. She then came and yelled at me as I was checking out because I mentioned it to another employee. Incredibly unprofessional.
