Not so good really. Stacks of food in the aisles to be put in on the shelves. What's going on in the aisles with the help putting food together for those that pick up

I am writing to share a disappointing experience at your West Southport Road location in Indianapolis. Tonight, at 10:54 pm, we approached the store, only to be denied entry by your staff members despite it being well before the advertised closing time of 11 pm. We were met with resistance from an employee named Cristina, followed by another named Darlene, both of whom declined to allow us inside, even though it was evident that the store was still open. We understand the importance of adhering to closing times, but we were merely in need of a quick item and felt unjustly turned away. We hope that you can address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.

Staff is friendly. 10 AM no cashiers, only self serve check out. It took me and my wife over 20 minutes to ring up our $151.00 of groceries. Rack with sign says 75% off all Christmas items. In middle of all Christmas items is Green extension cord, which is NOT 75% off ( question. Then why is it place with everything else that is 75% off?) very misleading. Cottage cheese in cooler 8 days expired. But store is clean and staff is friendly.

Staff is always friendly. Parking is so hard to find. You don't always have a bagger but you usually always have a cart. I do not buy deli meat or bread from this location. It is often past the expired date and moldy. When brought up to the staff behind the counter they will dispute the claim until you show them proof. Produce is not always looking ok. Last visit it was looking better but definitely not consistent.

Please remove the belt self check out and put back the single ones. People want to get in and get out. Hire more people to run them and dont have the cashier also bagging groceries. Kroger has more than enough money to hire more people.

It was a great store. But now, the vegetables rot within days of purchase. Too much stock is not out away and sitting in the aisles - only a few aisles, but it's still super inconvenient. And of course, self pay registers. Maybe one or two manned check out lanes open.Just not the Kroger that I grew up with. Whatever happened to then as a result of Covid is still affecting this store.

Well I mainly shop here for everything except pet food and laundry soap. The food seems fresh and if you take advantage of sales, and stock up if need be before it comes back on sale again, you can really save some money. It bothers me to buy/pay full retail prices on anything. But sometimes I have to

The Staff at Buff and Southport are so rude. I have Witnessed a Deli employee several times role her eyes once her customer walks away and this same employee has complained to me about new hires that work in her dept. The cashiers also seem to hate their jobs and customers. Not a good environment to be in AND I 99% of the time have to bag my groceries while the cashier just stands there doing nothing

This store has really gone down hill. The employees appear to hate their jobs, there is never a bagger any more, and the cashiers act like the customer is supposed to be the bagger. I will now take my money to Meijer

The new self checkout lines have made it a nightmare coming to this location. Lines can get backed up to the back of the store, and you have such limited space at you scan items but only keep 2 lanes up that have people working like they want to limit the amount people get each trip, possibly cause they are always out of stock on many items. Lipton country tea was out for months. Good people but new lines have me using other grocery stores when I can

In these times it is hard to find great customer service professionals - but somehow this Kroger has found the best! Everyone is so kind and helpful, especially at the self-checkouts. Even though there are usually long lines, but I never mind because the staff are always working hard and so kind. The parking lot can be a nightmare, but still the best place to shop/only place to shop without driving into Greenwood.

Usually find what im looking for. The deals they have are a bit confusing sometimes and the prices are higher than some other stores but still a good experience

I'm giving a one-star rating because ever since they took away some of the self-checkouts and replaced them with the larger ones, there has always been a long line and wait. All the lines are backed up, and I counted more than 37 people waiting in line, which extended into the other aisles. Moreover, they only have one person on staff running back and forth trying to help everyone. She was extremely helpful, and it's not her fault, but now this Kroger is extremely slow, and they made a terrible decision by removing the other scanners.
