I went with my wife to the St Vincent clinic inside this Kroger and after my wife did a registration for an appointment with the medical insurance information and everything the front desk employee advised us that they do not accept HMS Medicare plans... NOT GOOD ST. VINCENT....

This Kroger has always been my favorite because of the variety, cleanliness and organization. However, lately the store has been lacking. In the produce section, something is always rotting and understocked. We bought Kroger brand half&half yesterday and it was supposed to expire next month. The following morning, we open in and pour it in our coffee only to find that it was spoiled. When we took a close look at the package, the container was swollen. Meaning it was left out, then put back in the fridge. My main complaint is that the workers need not to be lazy when it comes to dairy( that’s a HUGE health hazard).Also just a side note, that big machine that cleans the floors at night needs a good cleaning itself. Everywhere that thing goes it leaves a smelly residue all over the floor. It smells like they’re reusing dirty mop water. I don’t mean to complain a lot but these things have been bothering me for quite sometime. Other than that, I do like coming here. The staff are kind and patient for the most part too.

I love this Krogers, everyone is so friendly but ONE PERSON, RACIALLY PROFILING because I SCANNED ITEMS THAT COULD NOT GO DOWN…told me she needed to look at my receipt which pissed me off to the fullest! Every single time I go to SELF CHECKOUT, NO ONE HAS EVER TOLD ME THEY NEED TO SEE MY RECEIPT!!! Why in the world would I want to steal and even STEAL OUT OF KROGERS!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE, PLEASE! SHE NEEDS TO BE WATCHING THE PPL THATS EXACTLY STEALING! She also needs to do better, and learn somethings from her other employees! I enjoy the sweet lady that I usually see on the weekends, she’s so friendly and a really nice person, this other lady needs to learn somethings from her asap!! Next time I go in, I will definitely shoutout the sweet lady that’s always at self checkout on the weekends! I like to do self checkout because I like to see my prices, my coupons, and how everything adds up, it SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM! I wish I knew her name, but I will get it next time!

My local shopping center was used by people associated with ellen degeneres (the ellen degeneres show) to stalk and harass me.
This includes selling altered products and using strangers to intimidate and follow me throughout the store and to and from the exit from my home.

My service there was good, I was checked out by a blonde haired girl named Brooke, she was good with her job, the reason why this is low is between she apparently doesn't know how to not pick on her coworkers, especially her bagger Brandon, please ask her to treat people better

Busy most days. I've seen a couple of fender-benders in the parking lot, but the store itself is clean and has a friendly set of staff. Selection is good. There's a Starbucks inside if that's your thing.

Normally I'm really happy with this Kroger but today the meat shop is supposed to close at 8:00 and they close early now. I'm unable to get the stuff that I wanted to make tomorrow morning. I wish that if they were going to close early just make that their normal hours and not have it posted on the wall that they close at 8:00

The new renovation and reorganization is good. Bright , enviting, makes me want to spend more time. However, the home goods section is lacking. It used to be full of options and exciting to walk through. Now it's lack luster. The fresh vegetables and fruit need a bit more attention.

Money Center wont accept a temporary state issued ID. If they can’t scan the ID card in they’re too lazy and incompetent to check and enter the information manually like they should. And they will defend not accepting government issued paperwork by saying Kroger doesn’t have to follow state regulations, they can make their own rules.
