This is hands down the worst grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. The shelf’s are barely stocked. There always a crazy amount of people in here and the registers a joke. They have 8 registers with literally 1 person working. All the others are self checkouts and half of them were down.

All pharmacy items of any value are kept behind a glassed in security area. Shoplifting is not the store's fault so my rating is about the clientele.

Shop here every week. Good deals on meat. Produce is generally stocked well however I have run into supply shortage in other departments. Customer service is exemplary.

By far one of busiest Krogers around. Don’t go there anytime in the evening if you plan on doing a lot of grocery shopping because you will have to use self checkout & it’s ridiculous when you have a $200-$300 worth of groceries. Here lately they haven’t had a lot of stuff in stock. If you see a lots of carts in the parking lot chances are there isn’t any inside so better grab one. Restroom is always disgusting. Other than that most of the employees are nice.

I never found staff of Kroger as lazy and sad as this location.
I tried to walk in 15 minutes before they close to grab a quick cake for my daughter for her birthday who was having a hard day and the doors were already locked!
I was in service industry for a decade and never turned anyone away. Patience is the key.

Why would you close checkout lanes when you are busy? I just watched 7 self checkout lanes get closed while every other line has more than 7 customers waiting.

Had a wonderful experience at the UScan with an employee named Mary (young brunette with glasses.)
I had been having a really challenging morning and I stopped in to grabbed a few items, headed to the UScan and as I was stepping up, Mary comes over and opens all the plastic bags for me.
Just a little thing, but I'd never seen anyone do that before, as I was noticing this little extra effort, I DROPPED AN ENTIRE PINT OF BLUEBERRIES!!
THEY WERE EVERYWHERE!!
Lots of people groaned and I felt so embarrassed.
Mary quickly shows up with a broom and started to sweep up, while consoling me and telling me that it happens all the time.
It had just been a really challenging morning and this extra bit of kindness really meant a lot.
Kroger always seems to find the most amazing people.

I'm not a fan of Kroger anymore I've been going to Kroger for 21 years. But my visitations are less now and that's only if I need something specific. The people at the registers and at the customer service are wonderful. However, the pricing and I'm still a little bit troubled with Kroger because of how they priced everything during covid and gouged so many people. He reminded me when 9/11 came and all the the convenience stores raise their gasoline 85 cents to a dollar. So Kroger did the same thing and so I'm not a fan anymore
