Literally went here with my kids and got into an altercation with a Cashier, Beveelee. She was very indignant and was not focused on her job. And then had her family threaten me when I asked for a refund. I refuse to spend my hard earned money here. Do better.

Kroger deli, 71st and Binford.First: the deli employees need to put a smile on their faces. It was like I was bothering them to place an order.Second: the veggie tray: the raw red peppers were old and slimy. I had to throw away. They left the cauliflower in very large chunks, not cut in small pieces for dipping. I had to cut up when I got to my engagement.Third: The fruit tray was not very nice looking. The grapes were left in large clumps. If I hadn't cut them in smaller pieces, only one person would have enjoyed the grapes. One tray was $27.99, the other $29.99.Forth: The lady that helped us at checkout,Ty, was annoyed that she had to help us make a correction on the screen and rolled her eyes.Again, a polite demeanor would have been helpful.Perhaps these employees need more sensitivity training.

I would not go to this Kroger. Purchased a turkey for Christmas and it was completely spoiled. A waste of money and time. Good thing no one ate any. Not to mention this isnt the first time I've gone into this Kroger and found questionable food.BEWARE!!!!

This may be the worst Kroger ever. Never fully stocked always looks like the pandemic just hit.but because of the area they are clearly not treating it as the quality of store it use to be years ago.Staff are great people they just can't do it alone.??

This store is a blast from the past. This is what Kroger was like 60 plus years ago. It is how your parents & grandparents shopped. They did not have super stores like all of you are apparently spoiled by & expect. At least this area has a food store and has not become a food Barron area.

I was a little intimidated by how rough it looks from the outside, but it really isnt that bad! It is way smaller than other Krogers and the produce section isnt always well stocked so I cant always find what I want. Other than that its basically the same as any other Kroger. If you live in the area its very convenient.
