Use Kroger pick up quite often. It would be convenient if it worked the way it was supposed to! This last time was terrible! Not only was my order over an hour late but even worse- they put 2 seperate holds on my debit card!! What should have been, $178, and the original, $221, were both deducted from my bank account!! I called Kroger customer support and was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for the $221 hold to be released. What!! I'm not happy about this AT ALL!!! I DID NOT authorize Kroger to take 2 amounts out of my account!! I called my bank and THANKFULLY they reversed the charge immediately. I'm going to start thinking of shopping elsewhere!
