Jon was really rude. I was there to get help with a manager over an issue. And I felt like he treated me differently because of my race. Very rude manager hopefully he loses his manager position.

The last couple of times I have purchased meat in the meat department there is no ( best if used by date in the area or anywhere on the package ) Again today, I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Charles and he told me I could bring it back in and they could see when they received it !! Well that's another trip and their gas is not cheap ! The meat department needs to do their job so people will know when to use by. No one wants to get food poisoning. This was the one pound packs of Angus beef that was on sale to day for $ 3.99, I would have thought the manager could have walked back there and spoke to the meat person while I was on line with him, but No he couldn't save me another trip. Guess a way for making money off me to have to buy more gas. Our family spends thousands of dollars there, kids & etc. Shame on Krogers for not assisting on their mistakes to make it right. Walmart, Target & Meigers are within a mile of this store so your customers do have a choice.

My girlfriend bought something here, but they sold her food that was expired. It was on the shelf, so she thought it was ok. This location sells food that is EXPIRED!!!!!!! Gross!!!!!!

If you are disabled and need to use their deliver service be advise that there is no such thing as customer service at this store. They hang up on you instead of fixing the issue

Well, the fire alarm went off this time. I was there last time. I was there. The power was out time before that power was out on top of all the construction on Emerson in front of the store. And then you consider the way most people on the road drive like idiots. It's been a mess there

The new changes they have made to the store are crazy. Nothing is convenient. Products that should be next to each other are now on opposite sides of the store. Customers are bumping into each other while they blindly walking around trying to figure out the madness. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I will never go to Kroger again

This Kroger almost always has issues with having things in stock. 3 days ago i came here for cilantro and it was out of stock which i was upset about. Today I decided to go in and give them another chance to have it in stock and low, and behold, It is still not stocked up, nor the produce around it. Even the red Baron cheese pizza I came in the store for was also out of stock. Their produce area almost ALWAYS looks like the picture that I am posting. This location needs to be under fire for this issue, NOT A GOOD LOOK.
