The pharmacist was great at finding me a discount for my meds! However the pharmacist technician didn't seem like she liked her job and was very lazy when I asked her questions about my meds. She should go!

Sondra the pharmacist is amazing. All pharmacies across the country are understaffed and that is not because of the pharmacists at all. Kroger corporate and all corporations are making it harder and harder for their pharmacies to operate in the name of more profit and greed. The stock goes up, but the services are hampered by corporate greed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give 0 I would. I’m so disappointed. I waited over 3 days on an in stock medication to be filled. Every time they said it would be ready it was not so I had to keep coming back. So I started calling before returning back. On the phone they said it was ready, I would get there and again they needed more time. This has happened EVERY time I’ve gone through this location. DO NOT use! also bring all documents because they have to enter your information over and over again.

This pharmacy is often understaffed requiring them to close the drive through for days and not answer the phone.

It's a less than 50% chance of finding a cart inside the store. And the employees do not give a damn. I've had cashiers walk away from me to talk to another employee or a friend when I needed help in the self checkout. Got into a shouting match with a cashier when she just flat ignored me. I asked for help and she told me she'd get to me when she had time. She was standing talking to a friend of hers. Kroger on keystone and 65th is smaller but a much better store

The grocery lead JUSTIN is very rude and very unprofessional. I don't know why he gets away with acting like this and is a lead to this Kroger. JUSTIN walked away from me when I asked him a question and he didn't like what I had to say. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to vendors as well as customers. If he doesn't like working in a customer service industry then he shouldn't be working here.

My mother shopped at Kroger and thought it was the finest grocery known to man. If she saw it today she would "roll over" in her grave. We went last night at 4:35PM. I only wanted a few things. Yogurt, the shelves were empty of the larger sizer of yogurt. Cottage Cheese, I took the last 3 containers. Frozen Pizza, out of every kind. I got one we had never tried before, and it was a waste. Cleaning supplies, out, had to get another brand, and on and on.We thought we would be in and out, but of course, Kroger always has a line. This time it was unbelievable. No CASHIER'S at all! One young man trying to serve the self-service lines of which there are now 3X as many.People complaining. People having technical problems. People not being able to use the self-check out.My husband complaining saying he will NEVER go back to Kroger and me wondering what "hell" where we in. Large carts full to the brim. At least 5 in each line. Each taking no less than 15 minutes to check out. I really thought I would scream. Then I just got depressed. Is this really what Indianapolis grocery shopping has become? No stores but Kroger and Walmart, both with only self service linesI have shopped in Carmel and Westfield and I did not encounter this service level of bad service. But once inside Marion county, well, who cares? Certainly not Kroger. In summary we picked up our items in 20 minutes and stood in line until 6:10 to pay.Never again. Been there done that!

This Kroger blows. I show up at 7:50pm to pick up pain medicine called in from my wife's dentist. She had a root canal yesterday. "Sorry, we close at 8pm" Seriously??????? You can't count out 6 pills in 10 minutes??? So my wife is gonna have to live in pain all night while you all go have a night on the town. Nice. You people suck. I pray Publix comes to Indiana someday. Kroger will be out of business within a year.

I drive a little bit further to shop at this Kroger although there's another store closer. The staff members are very pleasant & helpful, especially when I typically shop at the end of the night when they're preparing to close. At that time only U-scans are usually open for checkout still they reliably go above & beyond to help, always making me feel welcome. I walk with a cane & they are all a tremendous help even opening a cashier check-out lane to make it easier for me when it's a large order. Ali & her check-out assistant have found & retrieved products from in the back when the shelf with the sale item was wiped out at the end of the night. She always remembers my name & even enlists help for me with taking groceries out then loading them in my vehicle, particularly when I have something like (5) cases of water. She efficiently processes any kind of refund or exchange & is quite knowledgeable about Customer Service needs. Rose who often monitors U-Scans close to closing time is exceptionally patient with me & has even scanned & bagged orders for me when she can tell I'm having a difficult night physically. She still smiles when time after time I manage to make a goofy mistake or do something annoying (again!). Rose is knowledgeable & always professional.

They keep telling us that our medication is ready, then we go in to purchase it and it’s “on order,” the window seems to be closed 75% of the time (more often closed than not in our experience, anyway), and most (aside from 1 person, 1 time) treat us like it is an annoyance and an inconvenience to serve us. They seem to be understaffed or inefficient (not certain which) as the lines are often long as well.I worked in retail for a long time, and I understand the unique challenges, so I usually try to give retailers the benefit of the doubt, but I have unfortunately seen plentiful evidence of mismanagement and dropping the ball, and I would never allow my place of business to be run the way that this one is. It is a pity, sad, and, frankly, embarrassing. They do get 1 star because we are at least sometimes able to reach them on the phone.

Customer Service is NEVER open. Same for the Kroger in Carmel at Rangeline Rd and Carmel Drive. This location - none of the workers want to answer your question(s) Watermelon on floor, not cleaned up. Not going to this location anymore.
