My significant other just had surgery and right before they closed
The pharmacist hurried up and filled his pain medication so that we didn’t have to wait until in the morning. Very grateful for that.

This is my favorite pharmacy. Their staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Formerly, I got our family's prescriptions at a local national drug store. Due to their staff keeping their noses on the desk and working, they did not look up to help me, until I cleared my throat to get their attention.

Everyone has always ben nice and helpful here. Yesterday the pharmacist Joe pushed through two medications literally at the end of his shift just so my fiancé would have some relief overnight. He didn't have to do that, it was so kind!

Understaffed, inefficient, not very clean. Worst Kroger in area by far. Worst grocery store in the country. Staff are useless, particularly at the deli. Should close.

This has always been my favorite Kroger, but Rodney and self check out is very rude!!!! my daughter went and asked him a question about pricing he rolled his eyes and walked away from her. I said you didn't hear her talking to you and he came over to us said absolutely nothing or acknowledged us.... Took one of my daughters items off and walked away..... We live closer to two other Kroger's but choose to come here. Never again! Rodney how dare you! If you don't like your job GET ONE where you DO NOT have to interact with people. My daughter is 10 and didn't deserve to be treated like she didn't exist.... IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULD!

After shopping at the Fisher's Krogers and being disappointed in their lack of seafood selection, we decided to travel out of our normal path to try this Geist store. We saw the beautiful salmon we wanted to purchase, after we filled our cart with everything else on our list, only to watch the seafood clerk walk past us and ignore us for several minutes. Finally looking up she snips, "Counter doesn't open until 10, I'm busy." Aren't we paying customers? There was no sign stating this... so, a trip to a different store? I was a server...multi-tasking isn't a thing anymore? Next...light on at check out...stood in line behind and in front of several customers...ignored by employees passing by...not even a polite, "Someone will be right with you..." really? Maybe Kroger isn't our shop anymore. Safeway in BroadRipple is sounding better every week.

I've been very happy w/ quality, and friendly, helpful pharmacy techs here for 4.5 years. But they went way out of their way this week to solve à huge problem- when no one else I called would help me. I will never forget who stepped up to help me- MYAH & WILSON. THANKS!

Again, as others have stated they have really gone down hill. Don't answer phones, drive up is always closed, rude checkout person today... Huffing and puffing and I heard the lady in front of me ask when a prescription would be ready and the worker said "well he is enrolled in texts so he will receive a text when it's ready". Wow.. helpful.

Been using this pharmacy for years and they were great but like others have said, it has been a nightmare for the past year. I call over and over to deal with family prescriptions, some of which have to be called in. No one answers, it just rings forever. To make matters worse the drive thru is almost never open anymore due to chronic staff shortages. These things were understandable for a little while but it's only continued to get worse for the past year. I'm starting to move our prescriptions elsewhere now because I literally can't get them filled here.

I've been a very loyal Kroger customer for 30 years. I greet my check out staff. I try to thank staff, I tip and appreciate, etc. I do not post about moments that can be explained away with a single not ideal experience. Today I opened the milk case, and it smelled like death. This was not like bad food, it was a like literal of death. It took my breath away so badly I couldn't bring myself to buy the milk that I went to the store to get. I mentioned it and the staff said they were doing some cleaning. --- Nothing should have ever made a refrigerator case smell that profoundly horrid. Moving on, I did not even mention in checkout process. Ironically Christina, who checked me out, had the single worst attitude of anyone I have ever been checked out by EVER in 30+ years. She was significantly rude and really had horrid body language about having to do her job. So I tried twice to call the corporate office and once to the store, but I couldn't get through anywhere. I feel very badly for anyone who hast to work in the store it's dark it always smells bad, seems seriously under managed and there's no one on staff who is not working hard to try and spite of it. (Except maybe Christina.) Bye Kroger... Shopping should never be an experience that runs your day when you don't let little things impact you. Time for a store overhaul.

2 stars bc yeah I get my medicines… -3 stars bc they never answer their phone! Like helllooo I know “pharmacy line 1” is going through kroger loud and proud over there. At least pick up the phone and tell me to hold instead of just ~not~ picking it up at all. But no, every time I call it just rings continuously. Literally can’t wait to move specifically so I can go back to my other pharmacy.
