Got some white American cheese from the deli, they didn't put wax paper between the slices and it was a mess. Bought Han salad with was 6.99 for 12oz in a carton in a cooler. Thee one in Edgewood gives you a lb for the same price b and it is stopped behind the counter. I didn't receive my digital coupon discount on my roast , although I had staff rang it up and scanned my card. When I went back the office said the wrong card was scanned, so I had to suggest to scan the right card and refund the difference. The Edgewood store is cleaner... Won't be going back to Southern Plaza...

You’re better off going to the Southport and Bluff store or the Madison and Edgewood store. THIS STORE IS A JOKE. Never have anything always out of stuff the meat case is empty practically at 10am on a Wednesday. This store looked like a Sunday evening before closing it was that bad FILTHY.

Got there with 3 minutes till close and wouldn’t let us get meds for flu. Should list their hours as closed at 9:45 if they are closing at that time. Just cause they say open till 10pm doesn’t meant open till 10pm.

The neighborhood has gone down hill this is probably one of the most dangerous Kroger's in town I call it murder Kroger. It is also poorly run the coustmer service counter is conventional always closed for simple exchanges for recalled products. The whole store Zombies beware !!!

Will never go back to this Kroger again. I was in the frozen isle when I heard them announce they were closing & to make ur final selections and proceed to checkout. I have a ruptured disc in my back, and before I got even halfway down the isle this rude woman stops as she is passing by, and says "we are closed, you need to go." I tried to explain that I am injured and moving slowly, but she just stood there staring at me until I got to the end of the isle. I've never been treated so poorly & rudely by anyone in a store in my entire life. And even though I live a block and a half from this store, I will never shop there again. Such an awful experience.

Deli always closes early. Supposed to be open til 8pm. Ive. Been in at 630 several times and nobody around and lights off. Same with customer service desk. Constantly out of Coke Zero.
Once again 3pm on sunday 7/14. Customer service is closed abd lady refuses to open so i can get cash and money orders to pay bills. This is ridiculous!

This location never has sweet tea in gallon jugs to buy.
This location always has long lines to check out and closes half the self check outs after 7pm

Are you going to buy stuff and they never have it or it never comes in on the truck because some other store might need it more so than this one on East Street I blame the management at the store and whoever is in charge on English avenue
?, they might want to check into hiring a new deli manager?
