I have almost given up shopping at Kohl's. The clothing items are cheaply made. The piped in music is horrible, not relaxing and the shoe selection is not as broad as it was in 2023. Not fond of going to store.

I just game my opinion -- I was not getting the listed discount on the item I purchased, even though I was using my Kohl's card. I ask about this discount and they gave me the listed discount. I had to bring it up -- ??

Difficult finding help while in the store. After walking around a little l did find someone to help me. She was pleasant and helpful. Long time in checkout line, only one was open. Finely someone came and opened another lane. She was great. Will continue to shop at Kohl’s. Just hit a bad day.
