I went to my neighborhood Kohl's because I have to catch a flight in 3 hours and I needed a pair of running shoes. The website shows that they are available in my size. They're in the store. Several different styles. On a rival to the store, I could not find my size in any women's running shoe and to make it worse I stood back there for 15 minutes looking for an employee to help me. After no one was within. I shot of that department for 20 minutes and went to the customer service desk where I asked if Walgreens the first thing they sent back. There was very dismissive and quite thankfully unhelpful. So I found a different shoe and although it wasn't running I decided I could deal with it and took it to the register. The lady at the register was so rude and short with me. I told her to keep her shoes. Never again. Do better

It is one of the best stores, the service is very good, there are facilities when paying, the most important thing is this store helps you a lot to build credit

Many deals are shown on TV, but you really have to get their credit card to get savings. I really find them overly priced.

No fitting rooms were open, and the women’s plus section has decreased tremendously. Kind of disappointing.

If you go to kohls in Speedway and need help, Amanda is the very helpful lady with pixie cut blue hair (at the moment). Really great associate. The store also has a great return policy. Ask about it. DH
