I will definitely go back here. I had two comforters cleaned and I had them back the next day! Super fast and they are spotless. The lady working there was also super nice and helpful.

Let me start by saying Bonnie is moron. My husband got his suit cleaned here and first she put metal detector tags on it. Why? Are you planning to sell it? Second the suit that she brings him back after taking off the metal detectors is a totally different suit. Checkered tacky suit that my husband didn’t notice was switched. Because he needed it and he had to leave I tried picking it up before the place closed. Bonnie proceeds to tell me we can’t have our suit until we get the other suit back to her. My husband had to use it for work that night and I was going to bring it tohim to try and salvage the mistake Bonnie made. Bonnie just shrugged, no apology, no remorse just reckless and useless. Abominable customers service. And not to mention (even though I’m mentioning it) the place smells old and musty, like cigarettes. We will never use this cheap, unprofessional and tacky cleaners again. Covid really got people acting like customer service is an option and not like your business can be a memory.

I just went in today to have 5 T-Shirts cleaned.The lady told me they are done cleaning for the day.It’s 4:41 pm and they close at 7:00 Pm. ?

Tells me ready by 1:30 and doesn't have it ready until 4pm...Girl was talking like she was on drugs.All calm and mellow with no emotion.Didn't even get the blazer fully clean. Still hair on it.
