I moved back into the area from Greenfield after 10+ years & had to find a new vape shop. I tried all the shops closest to my home & was disappointed. Either staff was unknowledgeable in the products I sought, or they just didn't keep coils I needed in stock after I bought what they had on hand.
Just Vapor always has what I need. I don't have to explain to the employees/owner what brand the coil I need is or help them find it on their shelves like the other shops in town. It's not the closest location to me, but I don't even bother going anywhere else now, because when I did, I always ended up at Just Vapor anyways!

This is by far my favorite vape store. After my first few times going they have always remembered what I get each time I go in. Helps when you may be on a tight schedule.
I do kinda wish you guys had a app where I could buy stuff on the app and just make a quick stop to pick it up. Not that your service isn't already fast its just a idle thought I've had.

I don’t want to go to your place simply as a result of the manner in which you reply to negative reviews. I see what people mean about the attitude of the staff. How rude, to make character assassinations and so many “you” statements to customers, when you can adjust your vernacular to say the same thing in a much kinder way. Such defensive nature. I see zero apologies, only talking down to customers, many of whom have legitimate complaints. Also, there are places that accept returns without receipts, so you guys are a bit off the mark on your generalization in assuming you are speaking on behalf of the entire retail sales industry. Also when you give prices over the phone you should include the state excise tax. It’s kind of a fool me twice issue, since I see this repeated complaint and the repeated negative tone in reply to well-intending customers who gave you their business.
Also disposable vapes don’t run $25 or $35, even with Indiana excise tax, let alone … without including such tax. Just like eliquids don’t cost more than $15, even with Indiana 15% excise tax. It takes little online shopping (in places who include excise taxes) to see that disposables and eliquids are both around $12 before the 15% tax, which would make it no greater than $15 when adding excise tax. That’s not even adding in wholesale discounts.
Just setting the record straight, and hoping for a semblance of humility instead of stubborn pride in reply, as opposed to the rest of the replies this store has given to negative reviews with credible concerns.

Actually, this IS a review of my experience with your staff, since I was considering going to your store, and saw your staff’s replies, which deterred me — not unlike going into a store and seeing you guys say the same things to customers, which would make me turn around and walk out, which … IS MY EXPERIENCE with your staff.
So your reply is yet again a deflection instead of an honest reflection.
You guys elicit such hubris, stubborn egos, and zero humility or willingness to have the courage to change the way you treat customers who give you business, in word and action, and in humane way that makes an honest concerted effort to consider your words and actions, and the way you come off to others (including but not limited to the nature of your responses to customers both here and in-store), and I want you guys to realize when someone is trying to help you, as opposed to constantly taking offense or becoming defensive or rejecting / deflecting (actual or prospective, in-store or not) customer reviews. There are reviews of people’s stating that they have been deliberately ignored and rejected in-store when prospectively being a customer, just like I am being deliberately ignored and rejected in my legitimate consideration to be a prospective customer when checking out your store and viewing your actions online. Where I am … is irrelevant to my experiences with your staff, since your staff have shown me a negative experience just by reviewing and commenting on the nature of your responses, here. Plus, I just got very direct experience by getting such a dismissive response from you, in a very unappreciative manner, for lending honest, humane advice, to bear respect and humility to acknowledge your treatment of customers both in-store (as reported) and online (as is viewable in your very unapologetically stubborn defensive and dismissive attitude in your replies).
Got a “love” reaction to this review, shortly after making it, from someone. But from you guys, I got a dismissal for being presumed as someone who knows nothing about your business, when I’ve read more reactions and responses here than I could ever see in one single visit to the stores. And I didn’t find kindness within any response to anything less than 4 stars. Or humility. Humbleness and modesty are not the first concepts that come to mind, when seeing your customer “support

2 stars because the staff is at least friendly.
I was lied to about the price of 2 items. I called to ask if they had a specific device in stock and how much it costs. I was told $40 over the phone. On my receipt, I was charged 45. I also purchased a bottle of e-liquid that was supposed to be on sale for $11, I was charged 13. Factor in sales/vape tax and the discrepancy increases.
I bit the bullet and didn't complain. Modern capitalism revolves around ripping off customers, so it is what it is.
Then within 30 days of purchasing the device, the charging port ripped out when unplugging the device (after a few days of the cable needing to be in a very specific position to charge). I called them to see what they could do because I couldn't find my receipt. I have pictures on my phone showing it off the day I bought it, the people who sold it to me are the same ones there every time I go in, and I can even show the bank transaction.
The best they'll do is offer me a discount on a new one. I searched for the receipt and can't find it.
It is unacceptable that you don't have a POS system that allows you to look up past transactions. It's nearly 2024.
I will not be giving you any more business, sorry.

A few months ago my local vape shop seemed to have dropped a ton of inventory, became unfriendly, and overall I needed to find a new place. I am so glad to have stumbled upon these Google reviews of Just Vapor. Although not convenient for me and it’s location I still make the drive when needed (every ~2 weeks). The workers (I believe owners?) are always incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They are there to help you in any way with product questions or just to chat about your or their day.Product inventory is ALWAYS top-notch. I know when I go they will always have my preferred vape juice / pods in stock.It was only a few times of going before they remembered what I like and am always in and out in 5 minutes or less. I’ll continue to drive to this place with how they run their business. Keep up the great work!
