No hot or warm water here! I used this laundry a few wks ago and though I picked hot for the wash it was cold from start to end of wash cycle. When I asked the attendant she told me - yes, hot water boiler is not working. I wasn't happy but it happens. So I tried again today. I asked attendant first. She said to her knowledge hot water was working. But wash cycle was cold. Manager was very rude and aggressive when I asked him why not put a sign on the washers or doors letting people know you don't have hot water? He gave me my $7.50 back and stopped the washer telling me to get my (soaking wet) comforter out. There aren't many laundry on this side of town so I guess they treat customers any kind of way, now.

Worst experience of all times! Over half of the dryers don't close. Attendant was putting people's clothes in trash bags if their clothes stopped. Literally there was people standing in lines to use the dryers.

The staff is polite, plenty of washer and dryers, washing was like seven dollars though omg. It was huge in there but I went on a Sunday so it was hella people and kids. I don't think the cafe was open but they had vending machines and tables. It was quick though and apparently they'll do it for you if you pay ahead

I’ve been coming here for a while and I love it. The owner of this place is amazing the machine didn’t start and I thought that it did and I went back in and he offered to let me pick it up tomorrow morning and he didn’t even want to take my money for the dryer or anything he just said it’s all good. I recommend this place highly music is great staff is nice.

As a new mom it has been hard to maintain my family’s laundry. However, utilizing the drop off service of the wash and fold has made my life a little bit easier. I submitted an order for a king size comforter and bedding. My items were returned damaged free and cleaned in the same day. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area. Thank you Jump Laundry!

The gentleman that appeared to be manager or owner (Naky) greeted us kindly as we arrived (I clearly looked confused as it was my first time at this location). He was super friendly and made us comfortable from the start. Machines were clean as were the tables and the rest of the area. The other workers were also helpful in helping maintain a friendly environment. Thank you for your great service!

Glad I listened to my friend who recommended I go here to get my king size comforters and a (*very* soiled) king size down blanket cleaned! I utilized their drop off wash and fold service, so I can't speak to the machines or customer amenities. Staff were friendly and very kind, checking in my items was fast and the turnaround time was great (about 24 hours)! Comforters are $25 no matter the size, which is very good, compared to other local laundromats. All 3 of my items came home bagged, fresh and clean (even the down blanket)! Interior of laundromat was warm and clean. Parking can get a little cramped late night (bar a couple doors down), but there's enough of it. Certainly doesn't hurt that there's an ice cream shop next door. Handicap accessible parking spots and laundromat entrance. Overall, I am very glad that this is so close to home and I won't hesitate to come back!

Several washing machines did not work. One that I used was leaking. There is a very nice young man who works there. Management should get their machines working plus cleaned out where detergent/ fabric softener goes. Having your laundromat in tip top shape keeps customers and employees happy.

This laundromat worked when we were in a pinch. On a Sunday afternoon there was no waiting for machines and around 75% were in use. The building is clean, actively being attended to and the employees were very kind. Machines require quarters, $7.75 for a 6 load washer or $5.25 for a 4 loader. Extra large dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes. There is an ATM and a quarter machine on site. Don't plan to buy a soda, but if the vending machine doesn't eat your change and gives you an extra quarter back, that's mine. Consider it a personal gift from me to you. The 5 year old pictures of the "food bar" and games are definitely outdated.
