Very clean facility. Staff is super friendly. They offer water to their clients which is really kind. Machine prices is abut the same as any other laundry mat. Its convenient and located near Los is good options. The owner is a caring guy.

The bathroom needs some attention. There's no tpaper there to clean up yrself

My experience was awful. I have been going here for 10+ years and the new management is terrible. There was not any toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom and when they were told about it, they never refilled them(3 hours later still no toilet paper or paper towels). All of my washers started at the same time, doors made the lock noise and washers started moving. When I went back to collect my laundry, one was flashing. When I told them the washer was not working correctly, they tried to convince me I never started it. Well about 45 mins later, the washer stopped with three minutes to spare and the door was jammed. It took drying all my other items for it to unlock (about 45 more mins) and it was drenched! Had to wash it again. They paid for the third wash, but would pay to dry it. That is terrible customer service, you should always pay for inconvenience when it’s your machine’s fault. I lost 4 hours of my day, and now I will go to the laundromat off 96th St and Allisonville Rd. I guess that original washer was broken after all hunh? Familiarize yourself with your machines better, it is your business not mine.

Never been to a laundromat in my life. My washer broke 3 times in 6 months and I came here twice since it was close to work. Very nice place, atmosphere, employees are nice and helpful. Did go to another close to home, got the job done but not many people to answer questions nor keep it clean. JUMP is definitely a good place to go wash. They have many options of washers for your needs, clean, music always on point and most of all customer service 100%. Won’t mind my washer breaking again lol

Jump Laundry has made me happy !! Very friendly workers and management that always go above and beyond to make sure the environment is clean , welcoming , and Everybody is happy , . They have Lots of washers and dryer’s that wash and dry very good! They have laundry soap , bags , bleach , carts for clothes, clean bathrooms for public use , snacks everything you need to purchase at a laundry mat!!!!! Go visit them TODAY!!!

I felt compelled to leave a review after my wonderful experience today…I have a full size w/d but my basement flooded and I wanted to wash everything that got wet at once. So we went to JUMP and we were in and out. When have you went to the laundromat and got to meet the owners? The owners are so sweet and generous! We received a free wash and they were giving out free bottles of water. My whole experience was 10/10 and so nostalgic! Took me back to my childhood days when I used to go with my mom and siblings. If I ever need to wash big loads again I will definitely return and also recommend their laundromat to others! Thank you!

Very dirty, sticky chairs, dirty floors. Bathrooms so gross, one out of order the other very dirty, no toilet paper and when I asked I was told they did not have any....???? I could not get out of there fast enough. One upside, you could use an app to pay for the machines but the dryers are not efficient with large towels, took over 45 mins to dry.

Incredibly friendly helpful staff! Oriented me to the place, machines and payment options and explained process. The staff and owner, Chris were fantastic! Clean machines and laundry area! I will be coming back to this spot as my experience was top notch. I was also informed they do "drop off" service as well as providing pick up/delivery service also. They have an option on machines to scan qr code and download the app for PayRange which is very convenient for paying for your specific washers/dryers with each one having its own number. They do also have a credit card/cash machine ATM that gives quarters. I came in to wash my comforter only this day. The staff and owner advised which size machine to use and explained the different sizes of machines. Again, highly recommend. I will return- Thank you to Jump Laundry for such great customer service!
