It was an excellent experience all the way around-considering the whole situation of needing your car towed sucks! Prompt service with great communication. Driver texted me within 5 minutes of calling for help and arrived 30 minutes from call to pick up- and it was in the thick of rush hour traffic. Driver John was professional, efficient, and courteous. Price was very reasonable and easy. Thanks to everyone for making a stressful situation a little better.

Amazing customer service. We were traveling thru Indianapolis yesterday with our class A motorhome when we hit road debris.....not sure what the full extent of the damage is as it hasn't been into the shop yet....but they were very prompt and friendly. They came out and picked up our rig and towed it to their shop. They used great care with our unit and made sure that we were all set to get back home while waiting for our unit to get repaired. I will add another review once we're completed, but if the way they started is how they finish I'm going to be beyond satisfied with their services......stay tuned!

We were stuck on a very narrow shoulder just north of Indy with a trailer that had worn through a bearing and tossed the entire wheel. Cody arrived within an hour of our call and made a very difficult tow job look easy. Would recommend JR's if you need a tow.

We are a storage facility who asked them at least a month ago if they would impound a sailboat that is very delinquent. They said yes. I had to send a certified letter giving 30 days to the tenant that this company would be impounding it on 11/22/23. They have given me the run around for a week and now today they tell me they wont do it unless we pay them. This is not the way it works and I talked to them about it when I called a month ago. The towing company impounds a delinquent vehicle and they then own it and can do what they want with it. They should have told me this in the beginning and not led me in circles like this. I now have to consult an attorney to see if I have to start the 30-days all over again with a new towing company.

My car was about to be towed from a family dollar parking lot. It had hooks on it but not on the truck. I was told I had to pay $112 for them to unhook it. I was making calls trying to get someone to cash app me the money. I saw my friend paying $120 and thought she was paying for her car. I didn't know that her car wasn't in that parking lot. I didn't realize she was paying mine. Afterwords she walked away. When my friend on the phone sent money that's when I first noticed that they had already released my car (because they were paid), but I didn't know, and I didn't want to pull off knowing I hadn't paid. I went up to the guy and told him I had the money on cash app, and he took my payment too! Right after I paid my friend calls and that's when I learned what happened. I went back to the guy and explained. He said she only paid for one car, I said I know, because her car wasn't on your list. He drove off. I called the company. They said they would talk to him but can't guarantee I'll get my money back. I waited until they returned. When they returned the guy changed his story and said he gave her her money back, but he didn't, she was already gone. There are cameras in that parking lot. I am reporting the issue to the state attorney general and the better business bureau. If I have cash app email or contact info, I will be happy to include you in all correspondence. The owner told me he would watch the camera on the truck and reach out on Sunday. He did not and still have not. I went back and read reviews and there are multiple complaints calling them thieves, accusing them of being racist as well. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen, watch parking lot camera footage or anything. I will send a copy of this correspondence to the owner and posting on every social media site I can find. I want them brought to justice and I want consumers aware of their business practices.

I needed a tow due to a flat that I had no spare to change. I called JR's and got a tow to my house in a timely manner. The driver Thomas was friendly and very helpful. I will use JR's again, if I need to. I have used the service before for a dead battery jump twice in the past with the same courtesy and reasonable cost for the services.
