Calling them goes directly to voicemail, posted hours everyone I look including on their front door states open 8am to 6pm but been up there twice for my drug test required by a new employer and door is locked with a closed sign. Left several messages no reply.

We use this location for all of our companies DOT drug tests and they are so professional, nice and very quick (we usually receive the results within 48hrs)

This place is very unprofessional. I went to take a drug screen for my employer and the place was randomly closed. Now I need to reschedule and find another site to go too smh.

WORST experience ever. VERY RUDE dude that worked the counter. He was so rude up until I told him I have a learning disability and ADHD. Sorry that my brain doesn't connect with the otherside and that i didnt quiet understand what you were telling me. You should ALWAYS BE NICE to everyone that comes into your busines.. so rude.

Melanie was so nice! Her customer service is phenomenal. She was very efficient checking me in! I literally was in and out in no more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. I’ll be coming back here if I ever have any future drug tests.

This is the absolute worst and unprofessional company I have ever seen. They gave wrong information to redwood laboratories which caused a negative impact on my cps case. When I confronted a tester named angie. She told me she was aware of the problem and that she would fix the issue whether she lost her job or not. But when it came time for her to come clean about the mix up. She didn't respond and allowed me to look like a pos in cps court. Now I have to report them to the state.

Wrong information so this delayed my drug screen for pre-employment. I have been patiently waiting for my results so I could start my new job. I get a call from the employer and was asked to retake my drug screen because Jones Laboratory LLC didn't put the correct numbers on my urine. I am so upset. I felt weird about the place. I should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else. Place is filthy and doesn't seem like it should even be open.

They are very professional. From the time you sign in to the time you take your urine screen, you feel like you know them. They have learned how to balance home and work life. A lot of employees have not learned this yet. I would recommend this place for future urine screens.

Not a very friendly staff! I keep getting calls to my phone for someone I have no idea who it is. I've called them to let them know a couple times now and they just say they'll make a note of it. I have told them to take my number out for "Mr. Sparks" but it hasn't happened. Not pleasant to talk to!!!

Horrible place to work. Horrible wages with no incentave for growth unorganized and unprofessional a chaotic mess. I haven't received my W2 yet gave them my change of address twice. How hard is it to do your job!

In my 10 years of providing my clients with drug testing results for new hires, this was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received! Not only did they lose my candidates results and not inform me, delay my candidate's start which caused my client to be put in a MAJOR bind and affected my candidates financial situation drastically, but when I called to try and get some type of resolution to this problem, I was treated like it was "no big deal and this happens sometimes" and like it was MY fault! After 3 days of not being able to provide me with a simple tracking number to find out where my candidates sample was, I finally contacted their "corporate headquarters" which was absolutely no help at all! They treated me the same way their clinic in Anderson, IN did AND in order to calm me down they LIED to me!!!! Their corporate headquarters said that the lab that processes the results had in fact received the results but they couldn't process due to insufficient information that was entered on the sample by THEIR CLINIC. When I called the lab that processes our results, they said that was not truthful and that they, in fact, never received the sample!!! I gave one star because negative stars or no stars are not an option!!! I have never been so angry and disappointed in a company in my professional career. CONSUMERS/BUSINESS BEWARE! This is a shady business and I have noticed that I am not the only customer to have had such a terrible experience. Also, this is MEDICAL information which is sensitive, private information and they treated it as if were a 3rd graders spelling bee results!!! I have also reported to BBB.
