I’ve always gotten in and out very quickly. Been here 3 times. The last time I came here, my clothes was left there for a total of 40 days . They have a sign that says “after 30 days of drop off, we trash clothes” or something like that. I called 10 days after the 30 day and ask could I still come pick it up. She said yes without no hisition. Went there and paid for my items and left. Thanks for keeping it pass the 30 day mark!!

My first time here I'm very unhappy my coat barely clean it still have stains on it they burned a hole on the inside of my jacket were never returning

The best Cleaners ever. They go way beyond, as in one time I had a Uniform at their Cleaners. It was after work hours. I received a call, that I had to leave for work. This was on travel the next day. The owners met me at their Cleaners. They gave me my uniform, so I would have it. Most people wouldn't have done this. They are Awesome!

Took a coat there to have it cleaned. Got my coat back damaged. The owner is saying it's not her problem and to contact the manufacturer of the coat instead of just owning up to her mistake and fixing the issue.

We have used Deering Cleaners on Arlington Avenue for over 20 years. Our grown children have also use Deering. I do prefer the personnel give us "stub claim tickets" when we drop of clothing. In recent years "claim stubs" have been the norm.We always appreciate their efforts to have our clothing ready! Airline lost my luggage so I bought a suit locally and needed to have it altered in a pinch… the in-house tailor Connie had my suit done in an hour! Her work is unrivaled, and her willingness to help went far above my expectations. Additionally, Deering’s staff are professional and courteous, and their prices are more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Good solid cleaners. Took a wool trench coat in and they did a great job. Was much cheaper than I expected.
