After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.

After an unfortunate accident our truck was towed to Joe's Garage and Whitlow's Towing. It happened late on a Friday and our truck was stored safely through the weekend. On Monday they allowed us to gather our things from it before the insurance company came to get it. Best of all? I'd put a hitch and a seat riser on the truck and Jason was nice enough to remove them both before the insurance company took the truck to their salvage yard--and didn't charge me a dime to do it!!! I tried very hard to get him to accept some money for his efforts but he refused it. In a day and age where it seems like everyone is out to rip you off it was wonderful to deal with a company who were extremely helpful after such a stressful experience. Highly recommended!!!

We had to have our vehicle towed on 03/04/24 from a not so friendly location on the interstate. I cannot say how much I appreciate the assistance and hard work of the guy that came to help! I recommend this company 100%! Again, Thank you!

The guys who work here are very friendly and willing to help. My vehicle left in exactly the condition it was towed in (it was impounded), which is more than I can say for other lots that I've had to deal with! Thank you guys for your help and for taking care of my vehicle while it was there.

I called and talked to Joe who stated he was the owner. The news about the young lady who's car was towed and impounded by the police and charges were dismissed touched me and I wanted to pay the towing bill because JOE WAIVED THE STORAGE CHARGE since the charges was dropped. He stated I did not need to since he took care of it and I did not need to do that. This is in my opinion one good, honest, and a man with a good heart. Also I do not live in his town or have ever spoken to him before this day.......He thanked me for my service in Vietnam and he deserves a thank you for his service to his community.

Had Whitlows come tow my sons car today from the dealer in town to my home. The driver was very nice and was able to slide the car right into a pretty tight spot. They also were pretty quick at getting it picked up and moved here. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend to others. Oh and the price wasn’t bad at all.

Life savers!! I called at 10:40 pm on a Sunday when we were stranded on Ronald Regan in the dark. They picked up immediately and CJ was out to us in less than 30 minutes. He was so kind, and the price was extremely reasonable. Literally 2-3 times less than what I expected to pay. I cannot recommend them enough!!
