Just had a policy review with Jim. It was great, very comprehensive and really helped us understand all of our policies better. He was able to help us with making sure we were insured correctly by making some changes both by removing items we did not need and adding some we did. We have been with Jim for 20 years and have always had a great experience with him and the others in his office. Would highly recommend them.

I have been with Jim for a few years now, what makes this team different than other agencies, anytime I have a claim or an issue with the policy, I call the office and they always go above and beyond, specifically Connie, she is truly caring, so is Jim, other agencies I have been, they only sell you the policy, anything afterwards, they are never helpful, I truly appreciate the whole team, thank you!

Jim has been our agent since1984. I appreciate how thorough he is in understanding our individual needs and goals. Explaining the options based on what works best for us has been really helpful in planning our insurance and liability needs. In addition he has been helpful asking questions that we need to answer for ourselves about non insurance related issues that require as much thought and planning as insurance. 5 stars for sure.
