The reason for my two star review is with my 2008 impala I was unable to find time to get my own estimate so I trust you all and was pleased with the over $2100 for the damages done to both sad doors of mine 2008 impala is the same thing with my 2019 Malibu both doors damaged newer car and still unable to get my own estimate because of the same reason the hours I work in the amount of days at work and only receiving just a little over 1500 no I am not pleased the estimate is way off of a difference

When I called to get an estimate, I talked with Audrey. She spent almost an hour of her time talking with me, helping me to understand the “insurance lingo,” and making sure I felt completely comfortable with what was being offered. I’m so grateful that when I called, I felt as if I were taking with a friend, and not a sales person. 10/10 highly recommend!!
