I purchased some beautiful jewelry to wear to my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately unforeseen, sad circumstances cancelled the wedding. I was way past the 30 day return window. I decided to see if a refund was possible. I sincerely want to thank Joshua for being so kind and going the extra mile to secure my refund. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Jared will always be my first choice when looking for jewelry. Thank you.

We’ve purchased multiple pieces of jewelry here and this location has by far had the worst service of any location. We mentioned not being notified that our bracelet was ready for pickup and one of the workers, that we were not even working with, walked around the counter and rudely responded that they don’t call people anymore, their emails don’t work sometimes, but it’s always done by the promise date. In our case, we were told by another worker previously that we WOULD receive a call because the bracelet WASN’T going to be done by the promise date. We have always loved the staff at Jared’s for the professionalism and kindness. It’s unfortunately just not the case for this location.

This is a review for Josh at Jared Jewelers on E86th at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis. I've been to this store several times and was never terribly impressed with the customer service altho' it was adequate. I do understand how difficult retail is as it necessitates dealing with demanding people of all walks of life. So when a place like Jared's is able to land a sales professional like Josh, they should be incredibly appreciative of him and ensure they are rewarding him appropriately. Sales is not easy and phenomenal customer service often makes the difference between a sale or no sale and certainly, between a customer for life or just a one time deal. JOSH is the jewel at Jared's. Upper mgmt needs to see this review and recognize who they have working for them. Josh has a presence and a demeanor that none of the other kind people there have. For me, he not only was extremely kind, relaxed and friendly, but was extremely quick to go above and beyond. Unlike other sales people, it felt like he was truly looking for ways to help me rather than trying to explain to me why he couldn't. Again, FOR MGMT: if you want your store to start getting better reviews and grow your bottom line, take this one for what it's worth. You are LUCKY to have Josh so you would do well to use him as THE example of how the rest of your staff should serve your clients. If you don't, good people like Josh won't stay with you - they'll move on to a place that recognizes their strengths and compensates them accordingly. Hope this is helpful to you. I brought my ring in for service and resizing, but the process has been annoying and disorganized. My ring was promised to be ready in a week, by 5pm today. I called midafternoon to confirm it would be ready so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I was told it would be. I came by at 5:30, and it wasn’t ready. They were still working on it and I had to wait 15+ more minutes. It’s almost like they didn’t start on it until today, which is ridiculous. So now I’m sitting here on a weeknight, waiting for something that should have been ready, burning up my free evening.
My ring is fine. I’ve had it resized before elsewhere and it’s looked better but ultimately it’s fine.
I’ll go elsewhere for service going forward. Probably an independent jeweler.

Tried to exchange my jewelry received for my birthday. The gentleman did not have a clue how to do it. Did not want to help us at all. Sorry for bothering you and probably you did not see us as rich people to offer a good customer service. I’ll definitely not come back to this store ever.

Was sold a necklace that broke immediately. I took the necklace back to the store and was told it couldn't be fixed and they would order a replacement and call me in a few days. After a few weeks of not hearing from them I called them back and they told me to return the necklace, but then in the store I was told it was too late for a return and no one ever made a note in my account that we spoke previously. Awful customer service, awful product. Will never be back and would advise others to avoid.
