Nothing short of AMAZING!!I walked in with 3 years of returns needing to be prepared. Imari greeted me with a smile and it was a pleasant process all the way through. She made sure I got the max refund for all years. Walked me through the process throughly all while multitasking and helping her coworkers train and troubleshooting their problems. I would give them no stars but that's not an option it took 2 and a half hours for a lady who had no clue what she was doing to do my taxes and got me 2000 less then i knew I should have had got a call thenext day saying I needed to come in because something wasn't done to get me my advance. I asked a new lady that watched the other girl mess up the day before to go through my taxes line by line and I got another 2000 that I had told them both the day before it was missing and per the web site I should have gotten my fees returned and 100$ but all the manager would do was $50 back on my 684$ fees

This year I had a few changes in my taxes. Some of them were rather difficult so I decided to use Jackson Hewitt’s services. The representative was really efficient and called in experts to help. She went out of her was ay to solve my issues and the charges were more reasonable than I’d hoped.
