Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.

Racist at the counter literally bullied me & did not let me use the offer that I was supposed to get for being a Jcrew passport member. Pretty crazy experience. Staying away this store from now on

When I came in, I was greeted by one of the employees and they were nice and helpful! I also saw they had a sale so I was interested in seeing what they had to offer. I tried some clothes on in the fitting room and I think the only concern I had was about not being able to close the fitting room door. Besides that, the store is nice and I appreciated the kindness from the employee I got to talk to.

Brandon was super helpful in finding additional sizes and placing orders for whatever wasn’t in stock. My brother was well taken care of!

The store is much bigger than I expected, and the service is excellent! Wide selection of clothes and it's not too crowded.

Just had an excellent experience with Morgan at J.Crew. He was very helpful in helping my husband find the perfect outfit for an upcoming cocktail party. We had gone to Nordstrom first but came back for the great selection of stylish pants and dress shirts. Morgan also put us in touch with a local tailor. Great experience!

I have something I need to return today to meet the return policy, your hours on here say you’re open until 8pm. I just got to the store, lights are on but doors are locked!Thanks for making me drive out of my way to process a return that I now can’t return thanks to your WRONG hours!

Hours posted are until 9pm. Showed up at 8:30pm and lights were off with doors locked. No sign to why they Closed early. Very disappointed.

I was at the mall for the first time in a while. Stopped in J Crew as the had a huge sale. I was glad I did. The items normally are a tad expensive but with the sale I got quite a few items at 40% off. They had some really nice summer shirts, shorts and pants. Were were able to get a few nice items for my daughter as well. Checkout was quick and easy. It was quite busy for a Friday afternoon so if you need help they had plenty of staff but they were all busy with other customers. Overall an enjoyable trip to the store.
