This place has incredible service! Needed a Tux for a wedding on Sunday, went in on a Thursday. They fitted me, ordered it and hemmed it all in less than 24 hours, so I was able to get in time for the wedding! Above and beyond!

Love this brand and the owner. Ben treats you like family. The suit quality is ALWAYS immaculate, and the price is always fair and reasonable. Literally no one else comes close on value. Horse hair canvas and the beautiful drape from exotic Italian fabric is never cheap, but here it's worth every cent. I've bought over 7 pieces and even after years of wear I still get compliments. His tailoring and liquid smooth fabrics make the suits breathable and fit like a glove. Love to support to a local business as well! Thank you Ben and the J Benzal team for everything you guys do!

Amazing! The owner personally helped me find a suit for a formal event and I got it tailored in 24 hours. I felt like a million bucks from the service and look like a million bucks. Plus his prices were very reasonable. I got a quality suit and tie and don’t feel like I got robbed. I will be back for sure!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! We ordered a supposed “custom suit” for our wedding and we’re told it would come in 4 weeks, it’s been 7 weeks and we had to go to the store to find our suit. They sent it to their other store which is 30 minutes away. No big deal, we had time. We get there, the suit is completely the wrong size! Pants and jacket are big. My fiancés body has not changed at all, no one is shredding for the wedding or changing their diet up, so for an again supposed “custom suit” we shouldn’t have had to change anything or at least small reasonable changes. We decided not to take it another 30 minutes back to the original store for alterations that we shouldn’t even need or have to pay for and went to a company trusted in the area. Over 3 inches on the waist, legs, arms, everywhere! NEVER AGAIN!!! $1300 + alterations at a different spot.

Fabulous menswear store! My husband and I dropped in to check out the store downtown on a night out, and were impressed by the selection and the store owner, Ben. We went back the following week and Christine (store manager) outfitted my husband with a suit, shirts, shoes, belt and sports jacket. She is fantastic: friendly and knows her merchandise. Not pushy, just helpful and professional. Great store: fair prices, good quality and excellent service.

I stood out front of J Benzel for 10 minutes (10:10) and the guy standing in the store didn’t acknowledge me or open the door. I even called twice. Went to the competitor and got helped out quickly. Don’t waste your time check out A Mina across the street.

Last month I visited Indianapolis for the first time, and my second night there I walked to J. Benzal to get a belt. Ben had exactly what I needed to match my shoes. He was kind enough to show me around his shop, and immediately different awesome suits kept catching my eye. Ben curates a great collection of modern, unique menswear. Everything I looked at was privately branded, made in Italy, with very fine material.The kicker for me was when Ben had me try on a couple topcoats and then suit jackets. I’m a pretty small framed dude, and I’ve never had suits off the rack fit so well. He explained that he caters to a lot of race car drivers (makes sense; I am in Indy) and many of them are small like me. I found my store!The next night I had to walk down and impulse buy a topcoat. Ben’s prices are very fair, the quality is awesome, and I might not be back to Indy anytime soon. It’s my new favorite coat, I wear it with jeans or a suit. My last night in town I went back again and asked Ben to measure me for a future suit purchase. I wish I had a store like this back home.Ben was so accommodating and very generous with his time; one of my favorite people I met on my work trip to Indianapolis. He also runs a truly great shop and has really cool style: eye-catching suits, fine wool etc. at reasonable prices, and everything else you need to complete your outfit. I left town with an awesome new coat, Ben’s contact info, and now he has all my measurements. Hopefully we can make a suit work out via email when I’m able to afford it. If not I may just have to visit Indianapolis again ?

I highly recommend checking J Benzal Menswear out for any and all of your menswear needs. They treat you with a level of service that I didn't realize existed today until having this experience.I arrived to Indianapolis and realized that I had left my tux in my closet. I had around an hour and a half before I needed to be at a Gala. When I called J Benzal, I happened to get the owner Ben who assured me that they could get me taken care of. He instructed me to go to the downtown location and he would call ahead to Christine to make sure she knew I was headed that way. Not only did they have tuxes in my size waiting to be tried on, but also sent a tailor from another location to ensure that I could get everything customized before wearing to the Gala that evening. I got a beautiful tux, an amazing story, the the most incredible customer service of all time.

Great selection of fabrics and custom suits. The service was excellent. The tailor really knows what he's doing, and I'm really happy with my suit. Their jeans looked really nice as well. Large selection of silk pocket squares and ties. I'll be back!

Went into J Benzal today after being completely ignored at another menswear store. I met with Christine Kyriacou and the owner Ben Diallo, purchasing 3 custom shirts and pocket squares for a suit purchase I made. The level of professionalism, knowledge, care and craftsmanship is second to none. I will for sure be back! Highly recommended!
