I was pushed on expensive (and wasteful) Acuvue 1-day contacts. I trialed them, but decided to stick with the two week contacts. I was told the two week contacts were discontinued in my prescription, but later discovered that was not at all the case. Yes, some Acuvue contacts were discontinued, but for rare prescriptions that aren’t even close to mine. I now go to a different doctor who confirmed that my prescription was not discontinued. I’m now back to wearing the two week contacts.It’s also odd that you have to make an appointment to look at frames. My husband was turned away because he didn’t have an appointment and they wanted to have plenty of choices for those with an appointment. There were no customers in the office at the time.I did not return to Invista.

I have to say, I got very lucky finding this place when I used to live nearby. I have been going to inVista for around 5 years now and Dr. Jahnke is the best eye doctor you may ever find. If you are like me and don't enjoy going to the eye doctor, well, this place somehow makes it enjoyable. The staff are always friendly and Dr. Jahnke takes the time to answer all my questions. inVista goes above and beyond and truly does their best to find the right solution for you, not just sell you a product. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to Invista Optical since I moved to Indianapolis. Everyone is really nice there. It’s downtown, but there’s free parking in the garage next door so you never have to worry about finding parking nearby.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jahnke's for years now, and can't imagine going elsewhere for my eye care. Her and her team are all very welcoming, friendly, professional, and really take the time to explain things and ensure a great experience. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, all the equipment is modern and clean, insurance benefits are explained in detail in a way that's easy to understand, selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses is top-notch, and of course Dr. Jahnke herself is wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone.
