Exceptional service and very affordable pricing. Austin and the team helped me figure out what batteries I needed for my vehicle, told me about discounts I wasn't aware of, and even went through the hassle of making a custom cut battery cable for my vehicle.

So I was down and out today because I thought I needed a new battery so Braelin was the associate that helped me. come to find out that my battery post terminals need to be cleaned and he cleaned them for free not only did he save me money but he save me time as well, Shout out to Braelin

I came to buy a new battery and they instead offered to try and charge the old one. I came back a few days later and walked out with the old battery fully charged having spent no money. I really appreciate how they were willing to forgo a profit that I was fully willing to give them just to help me out! Will definitely come.back in the future!

Luke showed great patience and skill today as he thoroughly checked my battery and alternator He also took the time to look up my warranty and installed my new battery(for a small fee). I’m extremely appreciative of all the work that Luke did and all the other service men at InterState all battery center!!! I’ll never purchase from anywhere else. Coming in to see the Mission statement and knowing that GOD is in the Mission assured me I was at the right place!!!

No one at front desk. Waited and no one showed up. Wandered through warehouse and there we people seated in a conference room and they didn’t stop to acknowledge me. No apology and after being a client of for over twenty years Luke seemed like he was being put out to sell me six batteries.

I had a very positive experience with the team at Interstate Battery yesterday. I brought in some golf cart batteries for them to check the health of. They were extremely helpful in testing out the batteries and giving me advice on the best course of action to have them replaced. Would definitely recommend for their customer service.

What a positive experience today at the East 21st Street location. Kudos to John who installed my battery in a quick and efficient manner. But everyone at the center was focused on providing great service to all customers who came in or called on the phone. And they were very busy! So refreshing to see old fashioned customer service!
